Don’t get caught by this company. They will never cancel your subscription in spite of multiple requests over months. It seems like a scam.

This is a truly dodgy outfit
This is a truly dodgy outfit. I signed up to try some files last year, and the quality of the programming was laughable. Now I'm not unqualified to comment on this in case you were wondering as I have programmed for years, just haven't got the time any more. By the time I had sorted out the errors and pure bad musical interpretation, I would have been quicker doing it myself.
So here's the rub. I reported back to Supreme midi, who just argued the toss. So I then tried cancelling, and for months, they kept taking money. In the end I had no refund, and had to close my PayPal account to get rid of the scammers. DO NOT TOUCH. If you need quality tracks, Song Galaxy and others are straight and provide good material, as fo some others. Just today, I had another phishing email from these. They are seriously bad news
Would have put minus stars if possible
Would have put minus stars if possible. Completely misleading to the point of being a scam. Do NOT under ANY circumstance waste your money on this useless site. The midis are total cr@p.
Before you ship at Supreme Midi READ THIS !
The Question of what went wrong this time, is actually not even close to what happened.. Had previously purchased a membership after I had them do my custom Midi file work.. when it was done, I downloaded the file, and it wasn't even close to being a "cover".. I wrote to them, repeatedly and without having any kind of response. Went on and checked out what they had as far as good quality Midi Files.. so as for customer service.. there isn't any and if you think you might want to try.. what do they say? BUYER BEWARE.. that's an understatement. Sent me a notice if Renewal of Membership.. I replied DO NOT RENEW.. I expressed I do not want it, I do not need it. Within 30 mins of sending them that DO NOT RENEW my membership... I received a thank you for renewing your membership.. I wrote again and told them to Cancel my membership.. I wasn't interested. I've been going back and forth with this company. Their either stupid or they just don't give a hoot what people think of them.. I've contacted PayPal, and my financial institution and have disputed this fraudulent transaction, It was unauthorized and they even raised the price from $99 yrly to $133 and they think they're going to get away with it... as a member of ASCAP and BMI, I have placed a review on both of their sites for members only to read..
Deliberately Misleading
Deliberately Misleading
The subscription tiers are not made available in a clear format so you are offered a subscription to their ‘custom work’ section without gaining access to the main site.
Custom work section is laid out in order of submission so no way to search or filter.
Will update once have had a chance to find out what the files are like but am expecting the worst.
Claims about their support for charities helping the homeless are doubtless lies.
Part 2
No support, have emailed numerous times. No reply.
Commencing a pp chargeback.

I took out a 3 month pass as it said it gives unlimited access to profession quality files.
More than half of the files I have looked for require an additional fee.
I feel I have been totally ripped off.
The user interface is also a mess. I have never before come across a site that has so many repeat steps in order to access a file.
