Trusted for years, but no delivery or response in 2025

I'm an user of this service for more than 5 years. 
I’ve been a repeat customer of SupremeMIDI for several years, and until 2024, everything went smoothly. However, in May and August 2025, I placed two custom MIDI orders and paid a total of approx. £128 upfront. Neither order was delivered, and despite multiple follow-up messages, I received no response.

The website is still active and selling existing MIDI packs, but custom orders seem to be ignored. It’s possible the business is facing staffing or operational issues, but failing to deliver paid work without any communication is unacceptable.

I trusted this service and would gladly continue using it if they resumed proper operations. I request a refund or delivery of the pending work, and an explanation for the silence since May.

What other reviews have said here is absolutely true

What other people have said in their reviews is true—I had a similar experience. I used SupremeMidi before without any problems, but around Christmas 2024 into January 2025, things went downhill. They kept charging me for a subscription I had already requested to cnacel.

I tried reaching out multiple times—emails, contact forms, everything I could find—but never got a reply. Not a single response. Meanwhile, I kept getting their promo emails advertising sales. Funny how they can send those out, and can flag reviews here, but can’t reply to a support request.

In the end, I had to go through my credit card company to stop the charges and get a refund, because SupremeMidi just wasn’t responding. Them repeatedly ignoring communications and cancellation requests, and pleas for help to stop the unauthorised charges was not only worrying financially, but frustrating, and is not a good look for them.

Really horrible experience. I wouldn't recommend them anymore. I used to.

I just tried to access site and see its…

I just tried to access site and see its shut down. So sad to hear all these sad reviews and folk being conned and losing their money. I was looking to log on to site to download some country music files. I had a list to doanload but now thats not happening as site is down. They have so many midi files. Im hoping these will be available again somewhere else.

This website is stealing

I have used the website several times for custom midi files and never had a problem. However this time they took £39 and have gone silent. Over a month has passed, 8 emails to them and not one response. This website is up for sale so they are clearly just stealing money now on their way out. DO NOT USE

I paid $85 but they took $134 emailed them to find out why they charged me the extra $49 no response why the not send my midi wish I read all the reviews they been advertising for yrs like thet are legitimate guess they are not when it comes for a refund

Supreme MIDI – Disappointing Turnaround, Now a Scam
I’ve been a loyal customer of Supreme MIDI and always received superior service — until they announced they were selling the website/service. Since then, everything has changed.
I placed a custom order on 18 April 2025, just like I’ve done many times before. Unfortunately, they haven’t delivered anything, despite multiple attempts on my part to get in touch and sort things out.
What used to be a reliable and professional service has sadly turned into a scam. Avoid at all costs until proven otherwise.

FALSE ADVERTISING

Never answer back. I made several complaints that the company advertises that they produce many midi files per day, week and month. They are NOT updating, Not communicating what their issues are. I have seen several comments that they are ripping off some of the people making their files . That is a shitty business practice. I am VERY pissed off that I, in good faith, have paid for the service, and See "0" files being added. FALSE ADVERTISING is also against the law. What kind of F'in business do you run? Take my money, but not provide the service. I hope you have customers located close to where you are that take legal action and sue you. I would but being in a different country I can't. Secondly I thought of Posting ALL of the Files sold by the company for free, but then thought thats also screwing over the Music makers. Pretty disgusted by your BULLSHIT Company@

This is going to be a long story.

This company is really good; I have been with you guys since 2023.

I am giving you guys 3 stars due to the problems I have encountered.

On March 24, 2025, I got charged $467, and on March 26, $14. Ridiculous, right? Because I only signed up for the one-month subscription. It has always been on one subscription since 2023. So why all this trouble now?

Guess what I did next? I sent an email to you guys regarding this situation with no response, and I also requested to cancel my subscription. I even took a screenshot of sending my email to cancel the subscription, and still no response. I had to report to my bank twice for this same transaction.

Look, if it’s a problem, get rid of Stripe from your company!

This company are Thieves!

I paid for a few Custom MIDI files and I never got them! Mark Whitmore is a thieve ! Scammers !
After 5 years working with them , now they took my money ! I want my money back !!
Don’t trust this Supreme MIDI ! They are Thieves and Scammers !
This is outrageous and the police should investigate all this burglary!

Charged Over $1,100 Without My Consent – No Response

They charged me $1,151.34 USD in three separate unauthorized transactions without any receipts, product deliveries, or confirmation:

I signed up for a monthly subscription through Supreme Network’s website, expecting a small recurring fee for MIDI files. But after a few months they charged me $1,151.34 USD in three separate unauthorized transactions.

I never made these purchases. I emailed them, messaged them on Instagram, and got no response. I’ve now reported them to my bank, the FTC, and UK Action Fraud.

I’m seeing others with the same experience, which suggests this may be a recurring scam. Avoid this company at all costs.

The website just stole €499 from me, even though I didn't subscribe to anything. I hope to get a refund. I will change my comment if the refund is issued.

You say on Trustpilot that you refunded me. This is completely false !
I gave you my bank details for a refund. You saw the message on Instagram, but nothing happened. Furthermore, you haven't responded to any of the emails.

Why is the owner flagging every single review made by former workers?

I was a worker for this company for 4 years. As another review said, things started to went sideways about two years ago, when a "weekly cap" was imposed to our salary without a previous consult. Meaning that we were gonna paid barely above the 50% of salary ALREADY PRODUCED. In order to keep a decent income, we were forced to keep a productive rhythm that used to consume extra hours.

Things finally collapsed in September 2024, when we received a post on our Slack workspace that said, quoting: "due to an unforseen issue, salaries this month will be a little delayed". Long story short: 7 months later, we workers don't have any results of our work already done, and the accumulated among all of us is A LOT. We're talking about $XX,XXX. I raised my voice to defend my right and I got kicked out from the workspace, and here we are along with other workmates telling our truth.

This person is not responding any messages posted in the workspace but he takes the time to play polite and reply here. WHY?

P.D: Just look how many reviews this place has from both clients and workers, that speaks volumes. Having the energy and time to flag any single review from workers, but not retribution to them as it should be, speaks volumes as well. What does he tries to hide? If anything can be hidden.

I'm one of the oldest workers of this page.

I'm Carlos Morante, i don't want to give the experience of anyone else, this is my personal experience with Supreme MIDI in this 6 to 8 years working as a MIDI Programmer here, and It's really sad for me to say this, but since we aren't getting any response from Marko Whitmore, we have to make public the truth.

The staff working with this page was made up of 15 to 20 talented people, and since Jan 2024, Marko just made a "wage cap" of our payments, and just pay weekly an small part of our pending money, this just got worse and September 2024, starting this month, he told us about a "short" delay on the weekly payment, and we keep the work for about one month (Without any payment, and the outstanding balance growing), since we wasn't getting any payment at all, all the staff STOP the work, and this page is just acepting new Custom Orders with out anyone to make those.

I tried to calm down a little bit the staff telling my own opinion, my experience with this page was positive, Mark never owed me money in the past, and in surely we go over bad times, but nothing like this last year, even with that, i was kinda trusting the word of Mark, but this time, is just inacceptable, because we are seeing too much scammed people, buying a product which DON'T have workers to make.

The amount varies for each programmer, but some amount are:

We are looking for justice, but we are from another part of the world, legal actions are too difficult, but at least we can't stop the scamming of this great page which just has slowly rotted away in recent years.

And if you Mark, take the time of respond my review, what a shame, i've write you tons of messages trough Slack, our workspace, and i din't get any response, this is not the place to trying to be polite in public, the reputation of your business is ruined, just because of you, we tried to talk with you of those economic measures, limiting payments but not limiting work, and you finally killed your business, now all the staff will work constantly to stop you from getting more money with a page which is not producing any real file.

WHAT A SHAME!!!!

I originally placed an order for 3 custom songs. I could not believe how impressed I was with SupremeMIDI's work! I was so impressed that on 06/17/23 I placed an order for 458 songs. Mark Whitmore joked at the time that by far, it was the biggest order placed with SupremeMIDI ever. I was told by Mark that I'd receive at least 20 songs per month until the order was finished. Until December, 2024, I received the monthly order at the beginning of each month like clockwork.

I placed 5 more custom orders over the next year and a half and received all of those custom song orders with no problems, all while still receiving the 20 songs per month, in addition to these 5 orders. The entire time it was a pleasure to work with Mark Whitmore.

I then received an email stating that SupremeMIDI was in the process of being sold. This is when it all went downhill. I contacted Mark Whitmore in early January 2025 to inquire about the sale and the fact that I had not received my December or January batch of 20 custom songs. He told me at the time that SupremeMIDI was waiting for the final sale and guaranteed me that my orders would start back up again shortly. I told him that I had a custom song order ready. He assured me that it was okay to place the order and that all would be right shortly. I placed the order, based on the trust that had been built during the entire time dealing with SupremeMIDI.

In February of 2025 my bank account was charged the same amount as it was in January, but I had not ordered anything. When I contacted Mark Whitmore, he assured me that it was a mistake and that he would investigate. He also sent me 10 custom order songs as proof that everything was just fine. To this day I am still owed over 100 songs from my largest order, so I guess I'm out the cost of those songs.

I have heard nothing from him in over a month, so today I finally opened up fraud cases against SupremeMIDI for the January order I placed and the fraudulent charge to my bank account in February. WHAT A SHAME!!! SupremeMIDI had a great thing going; great customer service, excellent musicians working on their songs, and the best custom MIDI files available. Again, WHAT A SHAME!!! Please do not make the mistake of purchasing anything from SupremeMIDI.

Same boat as others here

Same boat as others here. Paid for a commission in February. They told me it would take 11-27 days. Never heard from them again after plenty of emails. What a shame. Was a great help for a long time, but they’ve ruined their reputation now.

Watch out.

I commissioned them to convert two piano compositions to midi and paid extra for expedited service. They went dark and never responded.

I reached out via phone (busy signal), Instagram DM (never read), email (3 different addresses) over a 2-week period to ask for an update. I will now be placing a claim for fraud against them through my credit card.

Avoid if you can- especially for custom work.

They claim they have no phone number but I was so desperate to find them that I went through and searched their business in the UK which had a listed number which I texted and called. They claimed they gave me a refund- that’s not true. I placed a claim against them through Amex after they went silent and Amex got me the refund. They never responded directly to me. Only to this review and only 5 months after the fact. Many on Reddit had the same issue. All this was going on while Supreme-midi was posting daily on instagram and was fully operational. My review of Supreme MIDI stands fully intact.

Unknown high amounts taken of my creditcard

Today I received my monthly creditcard bill from VISA (ICS) and there where 3 high amounts together for almost € 1200,- from Supreme Network Stoke-on-trent.
I didn't order anything. There's no phonenumber of the company or an emailadres only a contactform. I filled in the form but didn't get a confirmation that they received it. Does anyone else have the same problem?
