If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered vitamins for my daughter. They were in stock but I’ve never received them. They charged my card immediately before shipping too. This company needs to be shut down. It’s a scam.
ordered a Prime hydration powder and never received the item. not only that, but I've emailed several times with no response. Tried calling several times and I get a Verizon message that the number is not working. Of course they charged my credit card immediately. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They are a total SCAM!!!
As stated in other reviews, this company is continuing to sell products that are out of stock. Their customer service is non existent unless you do a charge back with your bank. It is funny they will respond to them to ensure no refund is given but will not respond to emails. Forget calling. No one picks up. STAY AWAY from this company. They are dishonest and will take your money regardless if they have the product or not.
I ordered a product and received something completely different. I have made multiple attempts via email and online chat and nobody will reply. The phone number is disconnected. Terrible company to work with and I will never order again.

it said 1-2 day delivery and it’s been 2 weeks and no response to my emails , phone number doesn’t work . but they took $42.00 plus change for my order . Refund my $$ if you don’t have the product & on future orders don’t charge people til their order is ready to be shipped !! Not everyone has extra $ to not receive their product !
Ordered with express 2 day shipping to make a 5 day deadline. All items listed as "in stock" Order was never shipped. Requesting refund.
You send an item I did not order. If you didn’t have the product I ordered you should have given me the chance to substitute. Not just send something I didn’t want.
Received wrong product and they never responded to my emails
You did absolutely horrible. I ordered a bottle of invisamax flavorless powder from tired teddies. 0.3 mg of melatonin. I emailed you a few days later to ask if you were sure you had that product. I got no answer. I'm still waiting for a response. Then I received a chewable 1 mg fruit flavored melatonin from a company I never heard of. Thanks for robbing me without a gun.
