Great service. Fast response when needed. EZ renewal was very helpful. Usually remember my renewals, but for once I kept putting this off and forgetting. Glad I had it setup.

two doggies in less than a year...
So, 10 months ago, I had to put our 18 year old family (well mainly my husbands girl) down, now, I had to put my 14 year old Charlie the Chi-pin, down! Both times I was receiving messages about them... through support pets. Each reply was different. The one for Charlie simply outweighed the other reply, Yeng went above and beyond - was very kind, compassionate and respectable. Saw to it that I receive no more message for now, due to the insensitivity I felt when seeing them in my email... it just delayed the grieving process and made me feel sad - Especially the referenced email that says, Charlie deserves freedom... I'd really like to thank Yeng for caring so much about my hurt and going wayyyy beyond what any other email senders have ever done for me - probably for anyone honestly. Please give Yeng recognition for this, maybe even a raise? lol. Thank you so much! Candi

Good communication matters
My concerns were addressed with both professionalism and compassion and resolved promptly. Although all communication was via email, I greatly appreciated the communication being thorough and reflecting the understanding of a human being, not an AI response.
