Avatar Frontiers Ultimate - Missing DLC

Paid for the ultimate version (which cost over $120) of Avatar Frontiers of Pandora, fully expecting to get all DLC. Now they want me to pay an extra $25 for a DLC that will most likely only last a couple of hours. I asked for a human, and they sent me a long-winded message basically saying "Sorry, you're out of luck." Because of this, they are never getting another penny from me. I will also be telling my friends to avoid them as well.

I purchased Far Cry 3 on Steam but…

I purchased Far Cry 3 on Steam but couldn’t play because Ubisoft Connect kept asking for a CD key that was never provided. Despite sending proof of purchase and logs, Ubisoft support only repeated the same reinstall instructions and never resolved the issue. After waiting several days with no real help, I had to request a refund. Very disappointing experience — poor support and wasted time.

Ticket closed without resolving account access issue

I contacted Ubisoft customer support on December 12 and 13, 2025 after finding I had lost access to the original email associated with my account and being unable to reset my login email.

The responses quickly started looping, indicating that they were copy-paste replies. They did not address my unique situation when their standard alternative verification method failed. Despite the issue remaining unresolved, my support ticket (#24850793) was closed.

This is an account access problem, and the lack of real assistance or follow-up is extremely disappointing. For a company of this size, Ubisoft’s customer service falls far below acceptable standards. I would not recommend relying on their support if you run into account access issues. Best of luck to anyone who needs it.

I have an issue with R6S Crashing right after I select an operator on PC. The ticket keeps getting passed around from one employee to another, they don't read what has already been tried and what files I have already provided. The response time is terrible and all they seem to do is provide Microsoft support links that anyone could just Google anyway.

2 month i try to fix a Gamepass/Ubi link broken.
Their support is just IA answers, never an human tried to help me (they said i'll ask to a "specialist", no sign of life of the guy in 3 weeks.
Worst support experience ever.
Result: I'll never buy a Ubisoft product anymore, i'm not even angry... just upset

Buy a game from a different studio

Have issues both signing in and retrieving games. Tried emailing and raising a case, 2 weeks later still no help.

They don't care and have just given up. My advise is play other games that aren't Ubisoft because if you get issues, no one's helping you.

Shocking after sales care experience

Purchased a game for Christmas Day thought it would be a great family fun game.
The code never worked followed the redeem code tutorial through the Ps5 entered the code and said code had already been used. Since this we made countless attempts to get this issue resolved through Ubisoft. Absolutely useless asked to sent videos of on screen issue via Dropbox, google drive and even asked to upload video to you tube. Time and time again I sent photos of the code on the booklet pictures of front and back of game. Proof of purchase everything they asked for. Still no resolution just apology after apology and thank you for patience.
I was convinced in the end that they knew this game was glitched and they are phasing it out to replace it with the even worse 2024 version.
It’s definitely not what I expected at all. Ubisoft need to concentrate more on resolving issues better than hiding behind keyboards. The whole experience was complete nonsense and a waste of time.
Very disappointing indeed. Poor system in place here for complaining and finding any help.
