A really great company
A really great company, found exactly what i was looking for at a really good price. The website is so easy to navigate, ordering is simple, and there were multiple delivery options to choose from. My order was dispatched quickly, and arrived very well packaged. I will certainly be buying my candle containers from here again.

I got good support when items went missing
I found out that Supplies for candles and The Soap kitchen have merged and are now one company.
On the 26.July I ordered 12 kg of soap base from the Soap kitchen and 4.5kg body butter base from Supplies for candles. Delivery for both items was quoted as 3 - 5 working days.
A week later I checked the tracking and found that the body butter was down as 'delivered to Eve'. But I had received nothing. I contacted Supplies for candles, they suggested I ask around the neighbourhood to see if my package had been delivered to them. But I had already done that. The tracking showed that the delivery was made to one of our friends in the lane. That was not true. A few days later I contacted the Soap kitchen, telling them that my soap base was also still not delivered. It turned out that the fault was the delivery company they used....EVRI! My package was just sitting at the warehouse for 10 + days.
Since our usual delivery person has left, packages are just dumped at our gate, or go missing.
The support I received from the Soap kitchen/ Supplies for candles was very good.
I really felt that they were doing all they could.
Within a week both missing items were delivered and I received an apology. EVRI need to do better.
I will continue to order supplies from these companies. The products are of a great quality, and when something goes wrong, they have a good support system.
