not so friendly
1. online booking facility is not user friendly, hard to choose for two items. I've tried a number of times, but still in wrong size, causing one in wrong size sending to me;
2. no responding customer service when approaching to sort out the wrong size item delivery, I received no response. Problem unsolved and request is unattended.

My Super Sleeper Pro has totally given the "kiss of life" to my old mattress and stopped it from being thrown out.
The two pillows that are included are just a real bonus and so comfortable. Now sleeping is so comfortable the alarm going off is so easy to ingnore.
