To get the better deal you had to subscribe. After trying out the Gummies with very mild effects I tried to cancel my subscription. The web page wasn't working to complete the process. I sent an email to the company explaining how I couldn't complete the process. I was assured that they would look into in and i had no worries nothing was shipped. A day later I received an email stating my item was shipping. After several more emails I was told that I can just refuse the package ( the one that showed up on my porch while I'm at work) . Beware of this company
I tried a subscription to their energy gummmies, noting a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on their website. After starting these gummies, I experienced significant headaches, brain fog, and fatigue. These side effects completely went away once I stopped taking their supplements. Contacting customer support was not helpful, and insisted I obtain a doctor's note for a refund - nowhere are these stipulations listed on their website. Their sales tactics are misleading and their customer service was even more disappointing. It is unfortunate, as I was hoping to try other products from SuperMush.
This company seems to sell more of the experience/lifestyle than actual product. Their mushroom products are good, similar to other mushroom products I’ve tried elsewhere, but more expensive. They use tricky sales techniques everywhere and even ask for a tip for their team when you make an online purchase. Interesting they have a ton of amazing reviews on their website, but I couldn’t find a way to make a review as a customer who had a subscription. It’s alright, I didn’t get scammed, but I feel a little taken advantage of. I bought into influencer culture that they hype, which is more what they are selling. Other sales techniques: giving you a big discount to buy something more expensive after you bought a much smaller thing; subscriptions are difficult to cancel (it was difficult to get set up to cancel and then you have to fill out multiple questions about cancelling); they offer subscription discounts everywhere and big promotions; add in things you’ll probably use/ win with their membership. Also they never replied to my customer support request for help in managing my subscription (made June 6, 2024).
