Love the socks and fun patterns

Love the socks and fun patterns! I had a pair of merino socks that started showing wear on the big toe after a few months. The socks were quickly replaced after contacting the company. Great customer service and excellent communication! I will definitely be getting more Outway socks!

Super socks & customer service

Love the socks and their fun & bright patterns! They look good and feel good. Great customer service. There was initially something missing in my order and they quickly corrected it and went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. I like being able to shop and support local companies and look forward to sporting more great designs.

My new favourite running socks

I have worn my new Outway socks for a couple 15K runs and they are so comfortable. My feet are dry and no seams rubbing. Very nice designs and a variety of lengths and at a great price point! I have tried the no show and crew length so far. I recently received a pair of quarters and will be trying them on my next training run! Don’t hesitate! you will LOVE these socks for your next run!

Love these socks!

Love these socks!
Been using them for a while now for sports, hiking and every day use.
Always buy a couple pairs when the sales hit.

A pair of socks was forgotten in my most recent order and the AI chatbot was not very helpful. Fortunately, Aiko took over the process and handled it with ease and my socks arrived shortly after!

Fantastic product

Fantastic product, backed by fantastic support. I've collected about 20 pairs of these socks and their changing designs always leave me wanting more. The fit and sweat management keep my feet from being uncomfortable and stinky. I've had some pairs for over a year and they're still going strong!

Too small for my size 13 feet

For my size 13 feet, I ordered large, which is supposed to accomodate up to size 14. These feel like size 12, and they are shrinking with each wash. It's now at the point where they are too uncomfortable to wear, which is a shame because they are decent socks. But, sizing is way off.

Edit: 2026.03.06. I was contacted by Outway customer support who, after a back and forth discussion about the sock size, plus providing two pairs of merino wool socks to see if they would fit better, have now given me an (unexpected) full refund. I am very pleased with this resolution and the level of customer service I have received.

Great socks and fabulous customer service

I have been buying outway socks for a few years now and they have been part of our Christmas eve gift for all who attend our dinner. We have gifted many pairs and all guests love the fun BC themed socks and related headbands. A favourite definitely has been the racoon socks. This year one guest came back wearing his socks from the previous Christmas. An endorsement of our party and Outways socks.
This year I bought some of the lightweight merino. I have some of the regular ones and thought to try the merino lightweight. They are great but I had a small issue and reached out for customer service. They were prompt and exceptional in their communication and service. I reamin a very happy and loyal customer and expect to see more outlways socks at my Christmas eve dinner this year. Thanks for being a Canadian based company.

We attempted delivery but it was unsuccessful, and then our shipping provider ultimately lost the package. On top of that, our support bot failed to help and incorrectly closed your ticket, meaning we never saw it in time. That’s 100% on us.

A lot of follow ups but a happy customer at the end!

Placed an order for Christmas. The order was “completed” but never shipped. I followed up multiple times, was told that my request was getting escalated. It took a lot of follow ups and over a month but I finally got a response that the items were getting shipped again, and that I was getting a refund for the items that were no longer in stock. It’s disappointing that it took so many attempts and time but I’m at least happy to have the issue resolved.

I had placed an order but did not receive it or any support

I had placed an order but did not receive it. I reached out to customer support several times by email and their on line chat on their site but did not receive any response at all. They are more than happy to take your money but provide zero support. I'm not sure how companies like this are allowed to operate. Based on my experience I would not advise anyone to purchase from this company. It's too bad, as their socks look nice, unfortunately I will never know.

Socks are ok but the customer service is simply nonexistent. They will ignore you plain and simple. Shipping also takes for ever and they use a subpar third world shipping service. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere
