Never again will we order from Supermacs here in Galway,, my daughters and friends order from this place,, , the food is just slapped together anyway on top of it doesn't taste fresh at all,,,not first time it has happened when complain the staff are rude and disrespectful. This place lacks quality and customer services over the past years.. Think we can find better service and quality elsewhere,,,.

Very average (and expensive) the assistant in Newbridge was extremely rude, when I asked her to change my chicken burger - it was stone cold.

Supermacs Tipperary Town Plaza- Last week I…
Tipperary Town Plaza- Last week I ordered a pizza online for a specific time and when I arrived at that time I was told my wedges weren’t ready so I would have to wait. I waited for 30mins, the pizza had been sitting there in the box for that entire time too when she brought it out to me with my wedges! Today’s experience wasn’t much better, I ordered and paid for a pizza online and when I drove to the window to collect it, was asked “are you sure you’ve paid for it?” I opened my bank of ireland app to show the evidence and when I looked up, there was a manager there who also asked me was I sure that I had paid for it, neither of them would even look at my phone which clearly shows the money had gone out and it was paid for!! “We have your contact details if there’s a problem” was the next comment made by the manager! I was absolutely mortified, two members of staff accusing me of not paying! To top this all off, when I drove away and opened the box I had been given the entirely wrong order so then I had to wait another 15 mins for them to cook my pizza. I love the pizza at this restaurant and I have been a very regular customer here since it opened, however, the treatment I have been receiving over the last few weeks is unacceptable, wrong orders, long waits and being accused of not paying, disgraceful.
The worst Services in Ireland in…
The worst Services in Ireland in Supermac's Galway Eyre Square, we were not allowed to seat on the table just because we are not Irish, the manager pushed my wife and myself telling us that the table is just for big families and then the same manager allowed Irish couple to seat at the same table while on another table was sitting alone man, probably managers friend and when asked about that guy sitting alone we were told to not point finger at him. Do not ever go in Supermac's, our money is not good enough for them even though we earn double than the Irish people allowed to sit there and we pay a lot of tax in this country and it's a shame that we were treated that way.

Been ordering from supermacs sligo for years. The last while it's terrible. One day it's fine the next it's terrible. I ordered tonight and half the food was missing it took one hour and 10 mins for it to arrive. The chicken was pink and the grease was running out of it. I rang to say half the order was missing and how there standards have fallen the last while. I was a good customer but I will not be ordering from here again. The staff are rude and act like it was my fault they can't bag up orders. One star is to many. They no how to charge but don't no how to deliver
The finest!! :)
Many a hangover has been cured by one of their finest snack box meals!

Words cannot explain my love for your food,Your 5oz bacon and cheese with onions and burger sauce with coke size large is everything I need in life wrapped up into one burger. But for dessert you top it all of with your hot muffin and ice cream. You deserve more recognition than McDonald’s.well done on your amazing work you superstars.
Worth the calories!
Worth the calories! (Even though they have low calories meals). The food taste way better thank other brand. Icecream were great too. Why not deserve five stars, right?
Not sure what all the bad reviews are…
Not sure what all the bad reviews are about here but I can safely say I LOVE Supermacs! If you’re visiting Ireland for the first time I would most definitely stop in here and get something to eat. Their chicken burgers are my favourite thing. Always so fresh and their chips cannot be beaten! I would choose Supermac's over McDonald’s in a heartbeat. For dessert I always go for their caramel nibble swirleys. Again, when comparing to McDonald’s, much better value for money!
Can't believe an Irish company charges…
Can't believe an Irish company charges 1 euro for a tiny sachet of mayonnaise after paying over 7 euro for a meal. Scandalous. This is what I would expect from foreign companies not Pat McDonagh a Galway man in a Galway Supermacs. Never again.. I'd rather go to the foreign ones who do not charge if you want a sachet of sauce. Thanks Pat. Hope you add to your estate with all the Mayo!!!!!!
