I GOT A RAT IN MY BIG MAC😡😡😡 I DIDNT GET MY SHAMROCK SHAKE AND WHEN I RE-ORDERED IT , IT WAS RED. PERIOD BLOOD😱

At the self-service kiosk at Citywest, the printer never works and doesn't display the order number after the payment. Then you have to wait at the counter and keep an eye on your order. This isn't the first time I've ordered a wrap, and the staff always forgets to add the sauce. On top of that, there's a older woman supervisor who looks sloppy a and smells of cigarettes

Shity customer service at Kylemore luas McDonald's and their website says 24hrs but we are told to finish up eating as they are closing at 23:00hrs.😤

Finglas Macdonald is worse food is cold and they always forget to put something are fries are burgers. Are they even watching what they are putting in. Awful service.

First time getting the mc Donald’s delivery gave the correct address and eircode driver went somewhere elese next drop was my neighbour he refused to give me my order and marked it as delivered attitude was stinking hasn’t a clue where he’s going an easy mistake could of just gave me the food after waiting and paying asked him to in to his app and fix the order he refused also

My review is based on a staff member. During my visit to the drive through in the Drogheda branch while ordering myself and my daughter both commented on how lovely the girl at the other end of the ordering system was. So when we drove to the payment window I had to ask if this girl was the one I’d spoken to and it was.

She was so genuinely friendly and really good at her job. I asked how long she’s been working there and she said 5 years. Her name is Sandra Murtagh and Iwouls love to see her in some sort of staff training capacity as more staff could do with being like her

Absolutely disgraceful. I nearly got sick eating one of their burgers in the city centre. Whatever you do, do not go to the one in the Ilac Shopping Centre. The staff couldn’t care less, and the whole place is an absolute dump.

Mcdonalds Kylemore Road I am fed up with getting left short in my order going through drive thru, phone up the place and can’t get through just rings out, when they do answer which is rare they tell you to drop into restaurant and say you where left short, no code or number given, come on !

We visited Sat 6th Dec as a family of 4 including 2 children just after 6pm. We were out for the evening looking at Christmas lights. We ordered four Grinch meals and a mcflurry totalling over 50 euro. When we went to find a seat we found that many tables hadn't been cleared. Eventually we found one that the customer had cleared and sat down. I could smell vomit but I couldn't see it. Eventually we got our food. With no tray so a lot of traipsing up and down the stairs. After about 20 mins from when we first found the table someone came up to clear the table beside us and as they removed the items they uncovered a large pile of puke. Again they disappeared off leaving it exposed on the table. After another while she returned to clean it up with bare hands. All the while all the other tables were still a mess. I have never seen something so disgusting in my life while I am trying to eat. We left. Food unfinished. What an awful experience. I understand it's a busy location and time of the year. But that is appalling. You need to hire more staff to cope with the workload. Not only is it totally unhygienic but it has honestly put me off for life and I wasn't the biggest fan in the first place. I have since contacted McDonald's customer service who have been zero help offering me 1 single meal for my opinion that their establishment didn't meet my expectations. They have told me they cannot put me in contact with anyone who can offer me a refund and have told me to chase up the store myself. Ridiculous carry on. Refuse to put me in contact with a manager. I am not happy. Revolting experience that I wouldn't wish on anyone. Especially when you are trying to enjoy a festive family evening.

My Wife broke her teeth when ate a Mc Flurry Grinch in Cork last week.

Was in McDonald's blanchardstown shopping centre food was stone cold got order wrong took 30 mins to make stay clear of this place wasn't the only one complaining either that's happened twice now definitely be staying clear

McDonalds all over Galway did have decent takeaway coffee but in over a month they seem to be brewing the chaff instead of beans -utterly vile.

Tullamore branch. Reopened 16th October 2025 after 'upgrade'! I know it was a bank holiday, when we were there on 27th. But it was bedlam. The new layout of seating does not work. And it didn't help that an employee took 3 seating places at the long table with her laptop and books. Ridiculous. She was sitting there looking at people standing looking for somewhere to sit. And when a family left a table behind us she took that table quickly. It would suit 4 and people were standing. Our food was ok. The chips were cool but the chicken nuggets were lovely and hot. They had no Buns to make quarter pounders so he had a big mac instead, under protest. Upgrade in mc donalds is really a low grade! Won't be back.

Mc Donalds Tullamore...reopened on the 16h and just as bad as before unfortunately.Went through drive thru,took half hr,Medium fries omitted from order and everything cold!

Worst service ever. I had to ask for order 61 when they were giving 73..15 minutes after.I ordered..on burger. Walking arou d doing nithing they cant menage the place!!!! Noth wort the nerves

Just got home after ordering 2 wraps, 1 hamburger and 1 chicken mayo burger. I was sad to realize the chicken burger was missing...

Dirty…!!! The minute you walk in you can get a bad smell. All the tables are dirty and greasy. The screens on the small tables are dirty. The toilets were disgusting. Out of 3 toilets in the ladies, only 2 locks worked. The bins were overflowing and this was at 10.50 in the morning. I couldn’t see a chart that showed the cleaning times, so this said it all..! We won’t be back…
