Wonderful product. Easy exchange process and wonderful friendly people on their email management. Thanks to Jacky I will have my extensions in time for my wedding. I bought the clip-in extensions and they were soft and true to colour.

Hair was thin and once I washed them 2 days after installation and dried them they smelled like fish and yes I dryed them well I have been getting hair extensions for 15 years so I wont be shopping with this company again very poor and they wont refund me unless I return the hair how can I do that when its in my hair VERY UNHAPPY

A big waste of money. Tape extensions fell out in first wash which was 72 hours after installation.

Great extensions however…
I purchased the chocolate brown extensions and I think they are great for what I needed. Not normal chocolate but more on the cherry dark chocolate side which was what I was after. I relied on the reviews for the colour match. They are light weight and have a little length off the clips which I find makes blending into hair easier and havnt seen other brands do this. Although light weight they are thinner than other brands. If you want extra fullness to your natural hair these are perfect but if trying to go longer it could look a little odd if you have anything above medium fullness in your hair. Overall I love these extensions for my purpose and would buy them again.

so far so good
hair quality is good. and the colour is gorgeous a great match for my blonde highlights. so far so good, except... 2 of the tapes slipped out first wash. i only had 5 in total to help fill out my front. i let them sit for 1 week (i only wash my hair once a week as it is) and I've had tapes before so i know how to take care of them. but i was very disappointed when 2 slipped out in the shower. i had only had them in a week. I'm going to try again. fresh, dry hair with no aftercare products and reapply and see how they go.

The online shopping was a breeze to use. Although I was concerned about not choosing the right colour - it was actually really easy to decide which one to get. The fact they had an online facility to assist with choosing the right hair colour, I found this pretty cool! Love my extensions and the quality of them is fabulous! Easy to put on and brush.
