Testosterone finger prick blood test.
I would like to express my disappointment, as I followed the collection instructions carefully and went to considerable effort to provide the sample. The amount of blood required for the finger-prick test was extremely difficult to obtain. Despite using four separate fingers, dealing with repeated clotting and bruising, and eventually filling the collection tube to the required level, the sample has still been deemed unusable.

Given the challenges involved in collecting such a large volume of blood via finger prick, I would be grateful if you could advise what may have caused the haemolysis and whether this is a common issue with this product.

Hot shower, exercised , 3 large glasses of water but absolutely no chance of filling such a large tube.
Tried again with a new test but decided to save my last finger from bruising as I nee trying to fill the tube again was probably going to result in the same outcome.

I would like to save £55 to anyone who is considering this test. Unless you bleed profusely this isn’t the test for you.

Quick visit to Superdrug for moisturising cream. Great information given on products by the lovely Wendy, who was very helpful in choosing the correct product. Superdrug is the first choice due to availability and helpfulness of assistants.

I went in Superdrug with my kids, and the staff and manager looked so miserable and unhappy, and the manager always stands at the back over watching people as well as the staff and the shop is so small and untidy and people knocking products of the shelves all the time. They constantly move round the shop so people get confused where the stuff is. This woman tall blonde girl tried to short change me… don’t ever come here avoid at all costs!

Nicky at the Brighouse store was so helpful, went above and beyond, helped me with setting up my rewards card on my phone, something I've not been able to do and always had to give my email. Really appreciate his help. Thank you

I never leave reviews but i have had the worst experience at the Superdrug bradford branch. I come to this store all the time and have never been treated like this. One of the staff members who i have now found to be named as Israh was very disrespectful i had asked for help on a makeup item but it was as if i had told her to do my whole shopping. Immediately huffed as i asked for help because i might have interrupted a very long conversation which who i presume was her friend as it was definitely not a conversation work related, very unprofessional to be doing at a job. Then went on to saying there was no stock when i asked if they had a product and walked off but i asked another colleague who goes by the name of Meghan very lovely by the way she had checked in the draws and found that there was plenty of the item. I then went back to her and said her colleague got it out for me and in her words “well i didn’t know there was any in stock” and shrugged her shoulders i then asked for her name and was ignored. I just left my items and walked out as i have never been serviced like this before. As i was on the way out i had heard her swear in her own language when she went back to conversing with whoever she was in the first place. I had left very upset as i am freshly post partum and had come to have some time for myself which was absolutely ruined.

Fabulous customer service received here... (153/155 High St, Dovercourt, Harwich CO12 3AX) something of a rarity these days in my experience..

Unfortunately there was only one product on the shelf and I ideally wanted two. It was clear stock had recently been delivered and shelves were being replenished.

Having approached Karon (yes with an O) and asked whether there was any of the product; she swiftly made it her mission to check. (Albeit there was a significant delivery)

Bless Karon, she was extremely friendly and helpful. She went above and beyond, (what used to be the norm but unfortunately not often found now) Karon must have checked through numerous sealed boxes and eventually located what was wanted.

Placed an order online,money taken from my account. Four days later the item I needed the most was suddenly out of stock and a refund would be sent in 5 days. Firstly,if out of stock, I should be told at the time,I could have gone elsewhere. It was apparently in stock when I placed the order,but taken 4 days to tell me! Then 5 days to refund. What a joke. Don't take my order if not in stock or my money! Useless! Will not use again!!

Superdrug is one of my favourite shop, the staff there are really nice and very helpful especially Carla and TJ in centrale Croydon branch. Thanks guys for always being helpful 🙏 👍

Braehead Store Glasgow beware - Extremely unhappy and annoyed I was asked to set up a superdrug card by young lad am sure his name was Tylor or Taylor he told me I would get cashback with the card I wasn't sure how it worked so asked a few days later when I was in store the girl I spoke to apologised and said she didn't know what what I meant. Disgusted

Livingston store.
Bought 8 items yesterday, 3 of which were on 3 for 2 offer. Didn't appreciate it wasnt mix and match over makes. Not pointed out at till point. Returned today to discuss at the additional expense was £8. Got issue resolved by returning an item and getting the 3rd free item in the offer range.
However Its not my experience of 3 for 2 offers so slightly taken aback at managers slightly defensive abrupt, approach to my query, suggesting I thats the normal process in all stores and I was wrong.
No apology for lack of clear signage however appreciate this is a fault in company policy, not the individual store

Shannon, at the Gosport branch, was so helpful giving me the advice I needed. She was patient and knowledgeable about the products and how best I could use them as well as what I could move onto into the future.

Sidra from Upton Park Store was very helpful and kind. She helped me with a lof of makeup and skinscare products according to my skin type. She qas very humble and professional. Great customer service indeed!!

Just popped down to the Rushden Lakes store to get some meds for my wife - must say in general the staff are lovely in this store.
Mia on the till asked me if I had a Superdrug card and I explained I'd love one but being 73 I find Iphones, downloads etc baffling - this lovely young girl walked me through the whole process - she was kind, patient explained the possible benefits and hey presto I now have a card on my phone.
Mia is a great asset to you Superdrug - well done Mia and thank you

Went into store today and was helped by a lovely girl caller chole very friendly and very helpful credit to the team

I bought an underarm and there was no ball inside so useless. Took it back showed the manageress at Superdrug Queens street Cardiff. She muttered under her breath we sometimes make an exception she kept me there ages and asked me to check my last transaction/s so she can find it. She went off for ages came back and I gave her another date as she said she couldn't find it.. She said can you remember the exact date of purchase which is what she demanded. Disgusting customer service she did nothing and I asked for a replacement but she did nothing!! She said you could get in touch with the company excuse me you were the one who sold it in your store. How rude she should contact the company of the underarm not me!!

I had Lorraine from Castlepoint assist me today. The service I received was second to none. I was looking for the perfect wedding perfume and her product knowledge and customer service made me feel right at ease. Thank you Lorraine!
