Excellent Rate

It was all wrong
It was all wrong. I requested a king and got a queen. The total price was not what I paid. I had to pay full price when I got to the hotel. Not happy at all with this service.

You have no heart!! We got in an accident and we were hospitalized for 12 hrs. Called and didn't want a refund but a credit. DENIED! Won’t use you again!!

The ABSOLUTE WORST third party…
The ABSOLUTE WORST third party company!!!! BEWARE!!!!! They charged me $955.11 for a one night stay in Boston which was WAY better than the $1600. the hotel itself was charging. The hotel got no info from Super.com and charged me the $1600. PLUS I paid $955.11 to Super.com. I called Super.com they reimbursed me the $955.11 instead of making it right with the hotel!!! What a fiasco. NEVER EVER WOUKD I RECOMMEND this horrible company!!

I was a bit nervous using a 3rd party service I hadnt used before but reviews looked positive. Made my booking (a hotel in New Zealand). Good clear details on the notification email, contact details, booking number. Checked in and no issues at all.

This booking added a $22.86 resort fee that was buried in the fine print and not disclosed with the advertised price. When you are going to take people's money you should make it very clear how much.
