Booked a room for a client prepaid

Booked a room for a client prepaid. Had a typo in his name. I attempted to check my customer in. Front desk said name doesn't match drivers license. Showed proof of payment. I was then told we are all booked and no rooms available. I have referred numerous clients over the years and never will again. Stay away!!! terrible front desk and customer service. Had to take my customer to another hotel at 10 p.m at night. Total nightmare. No response or call from management

Trapped in a loop between Super.com and Expedia

I booked a hotel through Super.com and accidentally selected the wrong dates. What followed was nearly two weeks of being bounced between Super.com, Expedia, and the hotel with no resolution. The hotel confirmed in writing they were willing to change the dates — all they needed was Super.com's authorization. Super.com refused to authorize it, refused a refund, and repeatedly promised to follow up within 24-48 hours but never did. Every time I contacted support I was assigned a new agent with no knowledge of my case history and had to start from scratch. I spoke to multiple agents including Nikita and Tracey, was given Expedia's direct number which also led nowhere, and was ultimately left with no resolution despite doing everything asked of me. Super.com hides behind policies while making no genuine effort to help customers. I will never use this platform again and strongly advise others to book directly with hotels instead. The savings are not worth the risk.

they charged me a security deposit

they charged me a security deposit, of $160 USD when I checked out, they didnt mention anything and instead of returning it, they charged me 91.80 USD, no explanation

I received a text the day before my…

I received a text the day before my arrival noting date and check in time. When I arrived at the hotel, the staff told me that my reservation was canceled. I never received any communication regarding a cancelation. I tried to call the customer service line and got no response. Use extreme caution when booking through 3rd party sites. From now on, I will only deal with the hotel directly.

BEWARE

Beware booking through this company. I tried to modify my reservation and their customer service was unable to do anything. I contacted the hotel directly who said my booking was through Expedia (it was not, I know what website I used, plus my credit card statement is from super.com). I reached out to Expedia who said they had no information on my booking, which was to be expected, since I booked through Super.com. Now I am out the cost of my entire stay since Super couldn't modify my arrival date to the following morning. BOOK DIRECTLY EVEN IF IT COSTS A LITTLE MORE!
