I was very pleased with Suntanningstore. We replaced our tanning bed bulbs with new ones. There customer service let me know when our product shipped and any updates along the way. The bulbs were packaged very carefully and damaged free. Completely satisfied with our experience and would recommend to others customers.

Researching all the available bed options and providing companies, it appeared this unit was most likely to meet our needs. We were not disappointed. The unit arrived earlier than promised in perfect condition. We selected the delivery / setup option and that went extremely well. The unit has been used five tanning sessions now and we are very happy with the functionality. This has been a very good purchase for us.

Communication has been great. I've had updates from the time my order was submitted. Delivery was fast. I did have one bulb that was broken during delivery & it has been an easy process to get it fixed.

I worked EMS (fire and ambulance) for 12 years and decided I wanted to do something on my own. I wanted a place that was welcoming and comfortable for people in which they felt valued and important. I chose to build a tanning/red light therapy salon from the ground up. After a lot of research and looking into supply companies, I found SunTanningStore.com and they were amazing. The customer service is impeccable and I started with 3 tanning/redlight beds and a Norvell Spray Tan System and alllll the lotions and solutions that come with it all. They were very helpful and kept me in the loop on timing and when things would arrive. I have re ordered lotions from them and will continue to use them always for my replacement bulbs and lotions, etc. They are fantastic and I wouldn't go anywhere else for my brand new business adventure.

I ordered some bulbs for my tanning bed and I got an email from Amanda stating there was a better way to get my bulbs making them more cost effective. She wasted no time reaching out and helping me and most companies wouldn’t bother to do that. 10/10 recommend and Amanda is simply wonderful.
