I ordered some vacuum packs for travelling. I never received them. The company has not responded to my communications about this. Poor show!

I ordered a beeswax item and it does not work. It stank like vinegar and it made my wooden shelf worse! I sent Four emails to their customer service department and they didn't bother to reply. I wanted a refund but fat chance of that happening. I will NEVER use this company again. Terrible product, terrible for customer service. Wish there was a minus star I could give them. In future I will check here for honest reviews on company products.

I made an order recently and then changed my mind within minutes. The website states orders can be cancelled prior to shipping. Three emails sent and no response to order cancellation request. Under uk law I am allowed to change my mind for online orders within 14 days. This is very very poor and I advise all to stay away from this so called company

I recently purchased a pack of 3 of the Sakerplus Multifunctional Vegetable Peeler.
What I eventually received (almost 2 weeks later) is not the item as pictured or described on your website:
= It is much smaller than described in both dimensions
= The handle should be ergonomically designed wood - these are cheap, small and uncomfortable metal
= The blade does not have a large curved surface area, as stated, and is badly finished and not sharp
= Unlike the ones advertised and shown, these have a dangerously sharp and pointy extra part on the blade that causes an injury hazard to the hand in use.
This is unacceptable and, in order to avoid a very bad review, pointing out all these problems, I expect either that they are replaced asap with the correct items, as advertised and shown, or a full refund including the shipping cost.

I have had no reply of any kind, even after resending the same complaint along with a request for a return address, as advised on their website. This has been several weeks now. Definitely dodgy - A BIG SCAM!

UPDATE: Since submitting the above review, I have received both a response to the review and an email, apologising for the bad experience and actually refunding the full amount, as requested. So it seems they are trying to perform properly, just a lot to be done to change for the better - like sending the right goods as advertised!

I ordered the new upgraded stool (larger) which looked great being a tall guy myself. It showed a pocket hanging from the sides and also the Velcro pocket on top of the seat.
I collected it last night and opened it this morning extremely disappointed. It was the small version the so-called top Velcro pocket and the hanging side pocket were both situated underneath the seat. £23 in total wasted. More suited for a small child than a 6 foot eight man. Stay away from this company as it cares more about your money than the product you’re buying.

Very bad experience I have been scammed by this company till today a have not received what I paid , I can’t contact them ,fake publicity and disappointment I don’t recommend to anyone buy with them

I ordered one pack of beeswax floor polish which clearly isnt beeswax, cost over £14 for a tiny bottle. They sent, and charged for 4 bottles totalling about £34. Complete rip off you'd need 100 bottles to do an average floor. DO NOT BUY

I am happy to be able to reverse my previous review as the company has contacted me and have refunded me for the full amount. Thank you. It is a shame, though, that they could avoid all the negative comments just by responding to messages sent to the customer services.

Camera arrived after 4 weeks, not wireless at all, complete lie. Cannot set time and date using instructions. It would be more suitable to put in a christmas cracker. I would like a refund.

Update: I have just received a full refund following this review. Excellent service for the refund.

If I could give them minus 5 I would. What a bunch of scammers my previous review they send me an apology and ask me to text them so we can settle this. And then they said to delete my negative review and they will refund me been over a month no refund as if I am going to delete my other review people have to see with what scammers they are dealing with. Guys don't u ever buy anything from them. PLEASE

They doubled up on my payment and order, overcharging me by £70.96 and I immediately emailed them twice but no response and after I left my Trustpilot review they contacted me and sent my prompt refund. They assure me that they will improve their customer service so I hope they do

Poor customer service. Norton antivirus blocked the sunnygo.co.uk site and it says that sunnygo.co.uk is a fake e-store. Hackers create fake online store to look like a real store, so that they can try to steal your personal info or money. Order Number: suny-28170.

I'm very disappointed with this product. I feel that I've been deceived. I specifically bought this on the understanding that it was completely wireless only needing to be charged up whenever necessary. This was clearly stated, and demonstrated, to be the case in the Instagram post where it was advertised, and from which I followed the link to make the purchase. I want my money back. Please send me the return details.
