This is an absolutely useless company.. I had one email to tell me that the high strength repair clay I had ordered was on its way. I was given a tracking number which doesn’t work and I have heard nothing from them since. The item hasn’t arrived my emails are not answered and they are basically a bunch of absolute scammers. Do not buy from this company. I’m going to go through my bank to get the money back.

One star is too many. I placed an order over 3 weeks ago not received. Customer not existent. Just want a refund now. My order number doesn’t exist when I check. Scam

I ordered a steam hair straightener paid 22pound its rubbish cant fill water tank as hole is tiny water just floods the item doesnt charge fumin goin in bin stay clear of this company not worth 1 star

1 Star is too high to rate this company. I ordered a "Pet Pro Grooming Tool"from Sunnygo. The item I received was (which cost €19.67 including shipping) supposed to be able to "painlessly" remove knots and thin out the dogs hair. I've never received such a poorly made device in my life. I truly wish I'd read reviews of the company before I ordered. BUYER BEWARE. This product doesn't work the way they say it does. I tried to use the "Pet Pro Grooming Tool" and found that it was far too painful for my Cockapoo. NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. When I tried to go back to their website to complain I was unable to access the site as it's blocked for being a FAKE WEBSITE. Just incase they want to follow up my ORDER msuny-4476966

Bitterly disappointed. Everything was received apart from an actual pattern. There is a step by step booklet and step 1 is ‘cut the fabric ‘. How???? Without a pattern or guide this makes no sense. Not only that, the fabric supplied is complete rubbish. Do not buy from these people. I would ask for a refund but having read the reviews (which I should have done first -my bad) I don’t think I’ll get very far. Sunnygo you should be ashamed of yourselves. Complete rip off!!!

Initially I put one star for this company. I ordered some hard clay filler and found when I received confirmation of my order by email that an extra amount of filler had been added in error. I immediately tried to contact them by email to change the order but I did not get a response. I sent two further emails and also filled in the contact form on the company’s website but I did not get a reply to any of my emails. After putting a one star review on the Trustpilot website I received a very apologetic email and was told I would receive a full refund of my order. They issued the refund today and as requested I am updating my review here.

I found the lack of response from this company frustrating and disappointing. They have assured me in their recent communication that they will be addressing the problems with their customer services department. In view of this I am prepared to give them a four star review as they eventually did what I asked and they have given me a full refund. I cannot comment on the quality of the clay filler because I have not yet received it.

After having trouble ordering a jetspray, because i couldn't or there isnt any where were i could edit my order and instead of ordering 1 i ordered 4. My first thought was what a rubbish company and customer service, but i am please to say the customer service did their job very well and reimbursed me with all my money. I first gave this company, well customer service 1 star and would have given them no stars if i could, but after doing a very good job in the end i will change this to 4 stars, i would have given̈ you 5 stars, but unfortunately it did take more than 1 email to get the ball rolling, this is something that needs looking into, then if i ever use your company again and need to ask customer service for advice it will be dealt with with promptly. Congratulations.
Im still very much interested in the jetspray and 10 metre hosepipe I first ordered, if you sent me a jetspray and 10 metre hosepipe free of charge, for all the inconvenience I have had I would certainly change the 4 stars to 5 stars and edit my review once again

1 star really is too much for this company, they are a disgrace and should be shut down. I wish I had read reviews before I purchased. I placed my order then realised that the address was wrong so tried to contact them numerous times to no avail, I have heard nothing back from them and I'm so angry about it. Never buy from this company they are rubbish!!!!

I placed an order on the 8th June, I’ve had no confirmation or not even despatched, I’ve emailed twice with no response. Still no idea what is happening with my order. My granddaughter is going to be so upset!

This is the third email I have sent to you regarding the afore mentioned order to date I have not had a reply or an acknowledge to any of my mails. I am not satisfied with the product, I have tried it, and I find that it's no better than anything else that I could buy in my local shop for a fraction of the price, I therefore want to return the unused bottles and I want my money refunded as soon as possible. Do not ignore me again

as you can see like many other reviewers of this company I am thoroughly disgruntled with them and their product and their service, it's non existent, they have charged me an extortionate amount of money for a cheap product that isn't much good, I cannot get any answers to my emails. As far as I am concerned this is nothing better than a scam, I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered, I wouldn't have touched it with a bargepole, and anyone thinking of ordering from them DONT.

I have this morning received a full refund (Thank you) Inc. shipping for the items which I complained about by email 3 times to the companies customer services, which were totally ignored , It was only after posting my negative review that they responded to me, which was totally unnecessary. I had an apology for the poor service and have been assured that they are reviewing procedures so this does not happen again, and would I please consider amending my review, which given the developments I am happy to review it, it does not matter whether or not I believe that, as I will not be buying anything else from this company, and I would say to other customers be very careful, look at what you're buying and look at the price, and look again elsewhere incase you can get the same thing somewhere else, at a cheaper cost and then decide if you wish to proceed with the purchase, and my final word to Sunny Go, don't ignore your customers when they complain, deal with the complaint straight away, don't wait for negative public reviews to force your response, you will be better thought of if you do and you might actually keep your customers.

Still waiting for my order coming 4436642 I’ve emailed them 3times no reply cost me 65,98 dash cams

Made an order with this company in late May for a high pressure hose attachment. On checking my order it stated that I had ordered 2. Apparently if you hit the back button it adds another one to your order. I emailed the company twice to cancel my order but received no reply from the company. The products were not as good as the company had stated.

So, in fairness, after I posted my review on here stating my frustration someone contacted me and apologised and has organised a full refund so I can't fault the customer service.

After purchasing 2 week later asked 3 times for an update no answer £50 short with nothing not answering my emails absolutely fuming

After finally getting in touch they treated the situation well , I received my money back in full and also didn't have to send the item back. The person who emailed was very polite and understanding.

I ordered a pressure hose.Sunny*go took £35.08 from my account a couple of days after but have never received my order.Have e.mailed many times but have never had any reply.Not sure what to do next.Apart just keep e.mailing .

Was supposed to be powerful, what an idiot I was all this item is a bog standard hose. I've asked for it to be returned for a refund. But reading these reviews I don't think that will happen. I don't recommend this item to anyone.
