Ass*hole customer service. Forcing us to pay for no reason.
Horrendous customer service and website.
The website wont log me in, so we contacted support several times.The payment didnt work either.
It never worked in the end, and they apparently booked a place for us that we did not agree to be booked since the payment/website didnt work.
we've told them several times that we've found a different place and thanked them for their help.
We eventually found a different website with something better and more professional.
We have now gotten several voice mails and calls from the customer service and boss demanding us to pay and theyre desperately trying to make us feel bad/being mad for something we didnt agree on.
They're terrible, please avoid them.

Sunlodge Vrsar Valkanela
Hi,
the house was very nice, big terrace and equipped very well. We have tried many different mobile homes and yours was definitely on our wish list. The terrace with big wooden table, comfortable chairs. Kitchen well equipped, I only missed a small pot to warm the milk and a pasta spatula. We were a bit disappointing we had to do our beds..most other companies have already bed done.
We gave 4 stars because all the houses are on the most remote part of the camp with no shadow at all (not also in the future), the gardens and grass are not cut and done. The terrace was mostly sunny all afternoon, luckily we had a rope and clips and some spare blankets in the car. We use it for shadowing the tarrace. Two of 7 nights we had loud music till 1-2 o'clock.
