It was easy to book our holiday, so it was quick to do.

+ The fact you get an answer straight away.
- However, it's a shame I have to pay an additional 30€ because I asked to add (so I decided to pay more!) an extra night to my stay only one day after my booking.
I got also imposed the final cleaning because the change meant a different type of accommodation, but they did not tell me this before accepting the change...

We love our cabins on the campground, but the company behind it (Resident VacanceSelect) is an absolute nightmare. Even though we have informed them many times, we have not received general information or our annual invoices for years!! Weeks later, of course, you receive a payment reminder, but certainly each year no first invoice and no general information concerning changes being made, like other customers.
I have just one message to this company. Get your act together!

Not transparant on cost.
€ 55 for cleaning.
€ 120 additional cleaning for pet/dog.

After conformation additional € 80 for the dog charged to pay to the facility. After showing my disappointment, I was contacted and was compensated. So it was not intentional but caused by a system fault. Good to see that my complaint is taken seriously and a compensation is proactively provided!

Contact with this organisation is perfect

Vacances Select claim in their reply to me that they were unaware of the concert. Frankly, that’s astonishing. I researched the concert when I came home and note that the event has been running annually since 2014 — hardly a last-minute pop-up. If a company can remain oblivious to something so well established, one has to wonder: is their communication truly this inept, or do they simply not care enough to stay informed? Either way, it reflects appallingly on their professionalism.

Would not book with again. At first I thought there was great communication we got a nice booking confirmation email, and nice email a few weeks before travelling... On arrival to the site all looked good but the cabin was really grubby. Was not cleaned properly, outdoor area had gum stuck to the decking, bedding torn and not good enough.. There was a pull out bed that I just said I was not looking at anymore. We only had two nights so I let the site know. When we came back and I tried to contact VacanceSelect it was hard to even get a reply, and then a lot of emails saying the same thing basically the computer says no.. Not a well run company (Ans below is rubbish we were there less than that on the trip and made sure to issue complaint when we got back and still no help)

We had a wonderfull stay at camping le Brasilia. The campsite is very clean and well maintained. We did not encounter one single member of staff who was not friendly en welcoming. Would recommend to anyone.

When we arrived the beds were made. We received fresh linen, towels and toilet rolls regularly. It made such a difference which is why we booked with the same company again for next year.

All great! I booked camp Lanterna with them and it was all included as they said, great Location and very nice people working there. I will book again with them. Thank you.

We booked the vacation easily with an easy payment plan. The establishment was clean, family-friendly, dog-friendly, great relax, and the beach was close.

We had booked our family holiday with Vacanceselect months before the departure date. All was confirmed, paid for and we were happy to be going to go to La Croix du Viewpont, France. One week before we were due to leave we received an email saying that they had miscalculated availablity and had no accommodation to offer us on the site. They offered us a site in the centre of Paris which was totally inappropriate. Our holiday has been absolutely ruined by their incompetence.
Avoid this company, your holiday confirmation is not worth the paper it is written on.
