I called Summit Brands with some questions regarding the Iron Out powder bottles. Specifically, I purchased a bottle from my local shady Walmart via same-day delivery, and I just wanted to make sure that what I received from Walmart was in fact a brand new product and had not been tampered with. Therefore, my questions pertained to the packaging (e.g., weight of the product, how full a new bottle is, whether there is a seal under the cap or not). The very kind representative who answered the phone was clearly employed by Summit Brands and was not someone answering from a call center on the other side of the planet. She was easily able to answer my substantive questions regarding the product because she had IMMEDIATE physical access to the exact bottle I was asking her about. She also shared other tidbits regarding product specifics that only someone who works at the company would know. What a refreshing surprise to see a company that actually takes calls from consumers seriously.
