Misleading process and awful customer service!

I placed and fully paid for an order, received confirmation, and only afterwards the order was cancelled due to a “pricing error”.

For a retailer positioning itself within the luxury segment, this is simply not an acceptable standard. Presenting an item as available, taking payment, and confirming the order, only to cancel it later, is highly misleading.

What made the situation worse was the communication, which was frankly awful! The responses were generic, dismissive, and lacked any real attempt to provide a meaningful resolution. Offering a standard public discount code (which had already been used for the original purchase) only reinforced the impression of poor customer care.

Overall, this experience falls far below what one would expect from a luxury retailer.

UPD:
After my review, the company replied with a standard policy-based response, avoiding the actual issue.

Repeating “terms and conditions” does not change the fact that a confirmed and paid order was cancelled, with no meaningful resolution offered.

The company claims that a “solution” was provided. In reality, the only thing offered was a standard public discount code – the same one already used for the original purchase, and not even applicable to the item in question. Referring to this as a solution speaks for itself.

This response only reinforces my initial impression of poor, non customer-oriented service.

Our investigations reveal that, after our prompt intervention on February 2nd to complete the missing documentation, the DHL operations team contacted the recipient by telephone on February 6th to request information that, by law, is the sole responsibility of the importer. Despite our attempts to contact the recipient and following the instructions on the dedicated portal, the lack of response within the expected timeframe forced the courier to initiate the return process on February 12th.

Customs regulations are established by the authorities of the destination country, and the sender does not have the legal authority to act as the recipient when requests concern personal data or import authorizations. Regarding partial refunds, our policy stipulates that if a shipment is returned to sender due to the recipient's failure to cooperate with customs authorities, the buyer will be responsible for the shipping and return costs.

We firmly reject the accusation of being unpleasant, as we provided unwavering support while we were able to resolve the issue. Invoking a chargeback, despite evidence of our correctness and the authorities' failure to respond, further complicates the resolution of the case. We remain available to provide all official DHL documentation to support our position.

Suit Negozi sells used and fake items as new, with no tags.

A warning to anyone considering buying from Suit Negozi. They sell counterfeit and used items without tags, as brand new authentic items.

I just received a Moorer jacket from them that had absolutely no product/size or brand labels at all like the original one should have. And the product had stains on it, and had obviously been worn. It came without any brand tags either. The first 2 photos shown here are of the jacket I received from them, and the 4th photo is what a real jacket should look like.

I contacted Suit Negozi to request for a return. They rudely refused, claiming that I had tampered with the jacket, even though their tag was still attached to it. They sent me a generic photo of a similar jacket "from their warehouse" saying that it was the jacket they shipped to me, showing the 3 labels sewn into the inside of the jacket. They unilaterally closed my case and said no refund will be issued.

And just to show you how ridiculously bad their customer service is, I've attached their email response in the 3rd photo saying "Regarding your absence for work, we regret that we cannot consider external personal circumstances to justify the anomalies reported days after delivery,"

So whatever the customer is claiming will never be accepted, and I'm out of pocket over $700.

Stay way from this company at all cost.

For safety and security reasons, product anomalies should be reported within 24 hours of receipt, to prevent the product from being tampered with. We also regretfully note that your story has changed over time: you initially stated that you received a black jacket (a color our company has never handled for that model), then moved on to a complaint about the tags. Finally, in the various emails exchanged with our support team, you never mentioned the presence of stains, a detail we are only now learning with surprise.

We remain convinced of our good faith and the authenticity of our products, certified by direct relationships with the brands, and we remain at your disposal for any further clarification in the appropriate forums.

From analyzing the video footage you sent us, it became clear that the bag has no scratches, scratches, or damage to the leather, but only small residues of technical glue. These are traces of manufacturing that can sometimes be found on handcrafted luxury items, as is the case with your bag.
In our previous communication, which we are publishing for transparency, we explained:

"What you noticed are not defects, but residues of the glue used by the artisans. Since these are delicate items, our policy requires us to ship the products exactly as they arrive from the brand, sealed and intact, to guarantee their absolute authenticity. We are not permitted to intervene directly on the items before shipping."

We provided you with precise instructions on how to remove these residues in just a few seconds with a soft cloth and a neutral cream. In the same email, we asked you to test the solution and let us know if the mark had disappeared, reassuring you that, if not, we would look for another solution together.
Unfortunately, we have not received a response from you or an update on the outcome of the test, but we have found this review directly.
We firmly reject the accusation of "fraud": the product is new, authentic, and structurally intact. We were and remain fully available to resolve the issue if the suggested cleaning was unsuccessful, but the lack of feedback from you has prevented us from proceeding further with our support.

When you asked us why the other two orders were cancelled, we reiterated that you would be responsible for the duties and taxes, further confirming our suspicion that the items were intended for resale. Your subsequent refund request for the other two items has reinforced this belief.

During checkout you selected standard shipping, which requires 5-7 working days for delivery in Europe. Since Saturday, July 5th and Sunday, July 6th are NOT working days for couriers, your shipment appears to be within the expected delivery times.

Defective item and unprofessional

Purchased a Fendi bag years ago everything was perfect. Purchased a Gucci bag and card holder and the bag is clearly used or being on exhibition and has some scratches on logo.

The authenticity cards came with manual writing and they said they don’t do that, I guess it was me who wrote the numbers.

DHL made my waiting time miserable long since the 10 got my package on the 28, since when for expending 1300 dollars you have to submit w2 or others IRS documents?

We also confirm that, as per the new company policy, Gucci no longer includes authenticity labels with identification codes inside the packaging. Instead, only a booklet containing instructions for the care and maintenance of the item is provided.
To avoid possible confusion in the event of a return, our quality control staff notes with a pencil the specific code and color code of the bag referred to on the bag's care and maintenance booklet.
We have made it clear that they have an internal function only. This temporary marking allows us to associate the item with the relevant care and maintenance booklet for our internal processes. As you will have rightly observed, this is a mark that is easily removed with an eraser.
Regarding the delay in delivery, we would like to emphasize that our company has no direct responsibility for it. Shipping times and documents required by customs are currently affected by U.S. customs procedures and newly introduced regulations. Terrible experience- Avoid this store

Terrible experience - avoid this store! Blaming Customers for Their Own Defects!

I had an extremely frustrating experience with this company and would never recommend buying from them. I ordered a bag, and when it arrived, the leather was already wrinkled and looked defective. Even my husband saw it and asked me, "Is this normal?" Clearly, it was not!

I immediately returned the bag without even using it, expecting a refund. But instead, they came back claiming the leather was damaged and refusing to refund me. This is completely unfair and dishonest—the bag was in the exact same condition as when I received it, and they are now trying to blame me for their poor quality control.

Their customer service was useless, refusing to take responsibility or even acknowledge that the defect was there when they sent it. This company clearly does not stand behind its products and is happy to scam customers out of their money.

Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. I wish I had!

Seems like I am not the only customer with this problem, as I read here. Such a “coincidence “, no? Obviously they are trying to rob people.
I made already a complaint to the authorities.

Not a serious business

I would advise you not to order from this website. I returned a brand new, never used bag and got this reply. They send me even a picture from the “damage” which was not there when I received the bag. I can not believe it, deeply disappointed by your customer service.

we are very sorry that your experience with us was not to your liking.
Let's summarize what we communicated to you via email in the following days.
Your order was delivered on December 17th to the address you entered during the purchase. The return terms useful for making the request are 14 days from the moment the package is delivered to the recipient, the deadline for you expired on December 30th. You made the return request on January 6th and, certain of doing something appreciated, we accepted your request anyway.
Once the bag returned to our warehouses, the quality control department employees found the defective leather and the missing brand tag, without which the bag cannot be resold.
When we sent you the rejected return email, you promptly wrote to us that you had never used it. We questioned the quality control department employees and asked them to carry out a second quality check to confirm what you told us. In order for the check to be more accurate, we asked them to carry it out using very strong lights, just to be sure that the bag was not damaged as you wrote to us. From this second check, we noticed, in addition to the damaged leather and the missing Brand company tag, that the metal buckle of the bag was scratched, and that the anti-use cord that we apply to the SUIT tag during the order preparation phase is very different from the one we usually use. We have also attached the photos of what we communicated to you.
We have also requested the recordings of the quality control department cameras dating back to December 14, the date on which your order was prepared and from these you can clearly see that the bag was shipped in perfect condition and above all equipped with the Brand company tag.
We are very sorry for this review of yours, on our part there has always been maximum clarity and desire to meet you halfway. You can consult our return policy which states that the return is accepted only if it is suitable for resale and unfortunately your return did not meet this standard.
