I recently sold my watch through Subdial and had a very positive experience.
I'm not an experienced seller and was a bit daunted by the options available to sell a watch but everyone was super helpful and informative and made me feel very comfortable about the process.
My watch sold quickly, I received a price I was happy with and was informed of progress throughout.
The only issue now, though, is that I have a bit of money burning a hole in my pocket and a weekly drop to look forward to!

This is a young company and are getting better everyday my first time with them was not so good and I left a one star review since then I have been dealing with Christy one of the founders who has changed everything he worked very hard to right the wrong from the first trade and gave me so much attention to help in many ways,my resent purchase went so well and 5 star was perfect if you read GQ this month there is a double page on sundial and the way they work very good read and put this company right up there

This is the third time that I’ve now used Subdial and every time has been first rate. Everyone is very speedy to reply and all very welcoming and well informed.

I had an issue with one of my purchases and they were very quick to have these issues rectified which is the hallmark of a great business because the aftercare matches the sales and enquiry stage which is seldomly found these days.

Excellent secure selling process and customer notification when selling a Rolex watch. However, some patience is required with timelines for advertising etc. I would certainly recommend Subdial as a high quality online watch retailer.
