The company aren't clear about the rates, promotion and packages includes. Wait to long for something I buy and it was a fake gift. Fake advertising is everywhere

I actually went on to pay for delivery of a Lindt chocolate hamper and the next thing I know you have taken over £40 from my account. I have emailed you twice requesting my money be refunded and I am still waiting on you doing this. I also informed you that I never gave permission for you to take the money in the first place. SO I AM ONCE AGAIN ASKING YOU TO REFUND MY MONEY TO ME ASAP.

The comany made a charge to my account saying it was to pay a shippment, when it was a subscription with a renovation of 10 times the first pay.
Thankfully, I was able to end the sub before the next pay and Elsa from Stylishwearvip contacted me to apologize for the inconvenience in the service and offered a refund.

Well, I am too ashamed to even tell what happened.
About 2 weeks ago I found an illegal debit to my credit card by a company which I reported to Trustpilot - for the same thing!
Out of the blue I got an offer from Ann of Stylishwearvip for repayment of an illegal credit card debit. I thanked her but "no thanks - I saw no such debit"!
A week later, checking through my card monthly statement, I saw Stylish's illegal debit earlier in the month!!
I have replied to her now, requesting the refund.
So I rate them a 5, for their upfront contact AND trusting that they will prove it by honoring their earlier offer of a refund.
I wish the real culprit read this example of upstanding business ethics
