Poor customer service and refund policy
The items arrived and were of poor quality but the issue begins when you want a refund... I returned the items and apparently it takes more than 2 weeks to process a refund.
I genuinely don't know what to think about this company or whether I will get a refund...

Fantastic customer service
Fantastic customer service, bought a few products and had to return one as it didn’t suit and another as it was slightly too big. Returns were super easy and a smaller product and refund was delivered within a couple of days. They were super helpful.

I have previously ordered from StyleCheat and the dress was really nice and good quality so I decided to look again for another wedding guest dress. Unfortunately the dress was too big for me and as I used a 50% off discount code they advised I would receive store credit for returning it. I love other clothes on their site so I’m happy to order again but I would say this could have been more prominently advertised. I have had no issues with the delivery, communication or returns process!

Horrific Customer Service!
Horrific customer service is the main reason for the 1 star. Item never arrived even though it said delivered but the delivery photo was of a different companies parcel altogether…. so asked for a refund as I hadn’t received order - Was told it would take them 15 days to find out what has happened to the parcel, which is funny….as it’s 14 days cooling off period for returns……Item finally arrived 5 days late. Holly (who unfortunately seems to be the only person you can speak too), rude and very unhelpful and actually didn’t reply in the end so I’ve had to email again.
Can only get store credit for a sale item - WHICH IS ILLEGAL and against consumer rights so I am still awaiting confirmation of an actual refund.
Poor quality items. Never again.
I’m sure she will respond to this saying they are still looking into it…… but shouldn’t be for the consumer to wait 15 days to ‘try’ and find out what had happened to it meanwhile out of pocket and out of parcel….

Awful return policy where if you use a discount code you can’t get a refund, only store credit or an exchange. I bought 4 dresses for a wedding I’m going too, spent £150. Went to return the dresses and it wouldn’t let me due to me using a discount code. This code was there to be used for over two weeks, saying it would end in a day then appear again the next day. So how is anyway meant to return the items when they have this discount code on most of the time. It’s a trap!! If anyone else has this problem make sure you read up on your consumer rights as if you are buying anything online you have the right to return the items for a full refund as long as it’s done within 14 days. It was a stressful process emailing back and forward trying to get my money back. I would never shop on this website again.

Ignore what they say, you can return and get a full refund
Really shady behaviour from these jokers. They are banking on the fact they think you don’t know your consumer rights.
They will try and tell you you cannot get a full cash refund for any sale items of if you’ve used their 50% off code. They will try and tell you you can only get store credit.
Just because they say this on their website doesn’t negate consumer rights - if you buy ANY clothes online you have the right to return them and get a full cash refund within 14 days.
If they try and fob you off like they did me, then tell them it is your right to a full cash refund based on the ‘Consumer Contracts Regulations’. I had to do this twice with them - the first time they incorrectly told me again that a refund wasn’t possible.
The reason I wanted to return the dress is that the quality was shocking- loose hems all over it.
Avoid avoid avoid - do not buy from them.

Refund policy not clear
I ordered a couple of dresses from this website in different sizes for a christening back in September. When I went to return the dresses there was a message on the front of the website saying returns were via credit note. I can't remember seeing this on the front of the website at the time of purchasing the dresses. I have had a look on the front of the website tonight and that message has disappeared, So its not displayed all the time. Trying to resell the dresses via the website doesn't seem to work either. Feel like I've been conned out of £130.

I read the returns policy and it…
I read the returns policy and it mentioned about processing fees which I accepted. I went ahead and ordered.
After I ordered they changed the policy to store credit only if you used their 50% code - I am furious I will be taking this further if I am not provided with a cash refund.
I’d never of ordered if I’d read that - so wrong to change it and then not offer a refund.

As advised previously, we issued a refund for the item we received, however we could not issue a refund for the other item as we did not receive this item in your parcel. Although you may of logged two items on the returns portal, upon opening your return package, there was only 1 item inside.
We had given you the benefit of the doubt and requested you send your proof of postage receipt, so we can check weight of the return package, however we are still waiting on this information from yourself 4 weeks later.
Once we receive your receipt, we can look into it further for you.

Beautiful dress, quality not so great
Ordered a beautiful dress from here for a wedding in two sizes as I wasn’t sure what would be the best fit. The size I ended up going for had a slight pull in the back and the customer service to get them both returned and a new one sent out to me I cannot fault!
Quite annoyingly though, after only wearing the dress once the satin has pulled badly in multiple other places and I can’t wear it again, so I’m not very happy with the quality. I know satin can be fiddly but I was hoping to wear it at least twice for the £85 price tag…
