Fast shipping, large selection and quality products. Helpful restock notification option as well. Shipping was expensive but it was coming a long way, so I guess it's to be expected for a small business. Packaging could have been better for sure. It should've been better waterproofed. I got lucky, but I can see how it could have been an issue in other circumstances.
Ordered some stuffies for Christmas presents and didn’t realize how small they were for the price. I asked to send them back, which I did at my own cost. I did keep on (I ordered 6) and was charged 26.00 for a little 7 inch bird that chirped. I have gotten snarky emails and they even called and left a message. I am shocked. I found another store on Amazon that is cheaper and has free refunds/returms. I will use them from low on.
Charged multiple times for 1 product,had no luck with customer service they were not helpful at all there response was take it up with your bank if me and my wife would have known what we had to go through we would have never ordered it. The most trouble ever for a stuffed animal my suggestion is go to your local store and get it. Very unsatisfied it will never happen again, dont let it happen to you.
