I did extensive research before purhcasing a custom katana using the builder on their website...it arrived fast and is better than expected. david was very responsive at keeping me up to date and communicative throughout the whole process. something you don’t usually get when buying directly from forges. I contacted ShadowDancer with some questions but they never got back to me and their shipping fee is $45, while Swordis offers free shipping.

I love the katana I purchased. I did have an issue with the fittings initially but it was easily and quickly resolved. Customer service has been awesome to deal with. 5 stars for the company.

One stop shop for every single blade of practitioner could need. Prices seem almost too good to be true, but I have ordered multiple blades and they are above and beyond what I could’ve hoped for as as well as as the customer service is flawless. I will order from them again and again.

Surprisingly legit despite the too good to be true prices. Customer service was very helpful and didn't try to upsell any swords. Vali genuinely listened to what I was looking for, my budget, and concerns. He took the time and effort to finally recommend a katana within my price range and I have been very happy with the quality and performance of it.

Saved for months to be able to customize and order a custom katana from their custom builder service. About a month before I was able to have enough money, they completely changed their system and made it impossible to customize your blade (things such as length, blade profile, what kind of bohi/fuller you want etc.

If you want these options now, you have to step up to their premium line which includes their higher end fittings and drives the prices way up. This is terrible for people like me that wanted a nicer blade and didn't care about the fittings (I make my own).

i highly recommend Swordis and their ShadowDancer line of products. I also suggest getting them through Swordis... their prices are better than SD website and their customer service is far superior. I had to chase SD for two weeks to get a refund for the mislabeled S7 blade

I found out about Swordis on Reddit. I reached out to them, and David responded in less than 10 minutes to my question. He even had a call with me to guide me through the custom katana builder, and after receiving the sword I can say it's one of a kind. I've tried to configure the same sword on HanBon Forge website and it end up being a bit more expensive than it costed me on Swordis, also there were a lot more options

My order was processed for shipping the same day... I received my package just three days later and the customer service was incredible... you rarely see this level of attention from a company.

First of all, impressed with the options available, easy navigation on the site but I have noticed that some swords don't turn up in specific categories that overlap. Checkout process was simple, it would be great to see more payment options like paypal, venmo, etc. I went with a Viking sword that looked intriguing and it shipped the next day, arriving quickly without issue. My experience has been flawless and I hope Swordis can keep this level of service. Thanks!

Unlike most companies that only reply when I contact them through BBB, Swordis has been amazing at helping me locate my missing package, promising to refund out reship the katana I ordered if I choose to. Thankfully my sword arrived a few days later via USPS who had shipping delays due to bad weather. I hope that Swordis' service remains just as good once the company takes off.

My package was stuck in customs for like 2 weeks?? and I didn't even know Swordis were the ones who told me before I even noticed anything. Like they're actually watching every order?? they even called USPS for me lol. never had a store do that before. Honestly I'm just getting all my swords from them now no question.
