I'm absolutely made up I chose with study active everyone I've dealt with have been very supportive in every aspect of me trying to achieve my goals .I would highly recommend and also hopefully Chris the assessor got my feedback he was excellent in the role he does and went the extra mile in helping me achieve my assessment.

Chris took me through the final assessment and made the experience surprisingly enjoyable! Brilliant at calming nerves, very helpful insights and feedback, altogether extremely nice bloke!

The guidance from tutors, the videos, the manuals and the overall opportunity to ring the tutor, ask questions and get the support make the educational journey easier and successful. The options to submit a video or to book an assessment give a flexibility and meet the needs of a learner. The support of the tutor during practical assessments brings the knowledge and skills out of you and makes the thorough experience comfortable, enriching and successful.

Excellent Course for level 2! Very clear and guided. Exams were well planned and Chris was a great examiner making the whole thing much less stressful!

Claire, who called upon receipt of my brochure request, was very friendly and not over bearing, ie, I didn't feel like she was all out to sell me the course. Claire understood what were my requirements were and I didn't feel rushed when I asked questions.

I had an excellent experience completing the L2 Fitness Instructor Course. The content was both informative and practical, with well-structured and easy-to-follow manuals. The combination of e-learning and coursework was incredibly effective in helping me retain the material. That said, I found the practical exam to be the most beneficial part of the course. Chris created a comfortable environment for both me and my client, and throughout the assessment, he not only evaluated my performance as an instructor but also provided valuable feedback and even some extra tips for several exercises. I feel much more confident after that day, both from a technical and a professional perspective. Thank you!

Study Active have been a great education provider for me.
They are always on hand to answer any questions I've had.
The online learning is done in a way that allows me to easily learn when I choose too and the final assessment I had was truly an enjoyable experience thanks the assessor Chris Walsh, who was amazing at making an anxious student alot calmer.
I look forward to continuing my education with Study Active as I plan on enrolling in a referrals L4 qualification next year.

Just tried to enquire about a course and had to contact them 3 times before they got back to me Also when they did call the woman who spoke to me was very condescending and rude !!
It's safe to say I will not be spending my hard earned money with this company!!!

Just a quick response to your reply ....firstly it was the third day I was waiting for a reply so you simply did not get back to me on the same day !!!....then I sent the info requested by one of your colleagues and I was happy with the answer but unhappy with the attitude of whoever spoke to me ....she was abrupt and condescending...I have subsequently signed up with an alternative provider and added an additional course, .....they got back to me promptly and was very professional...and cheaper!!!

It’s been a great experience and the format has allowed me to get it done around having a 2nd baby and moving house twice! I thought it was going to be impossible at one point, but you enabled me to get to the end and I feel both proud and grateful for the flexibility afforded to me.

You have all been like a family to me and your high customer service matched the calibre of the course.

The only thing I think could have been better for me was an option to print out the whole course, as at times when travelling, I needed access to some of the online information.

Overall, I'm happily spreading the word to anyone wishing to do a Level 3 PT course qualification, because you're "Simply The Best"

Overall the course contents were very clear and workbooks easy to understand, if there was any issues or queries the team were more than happy to help
