Chair arrived in perfect condition, as good as new. The delivery within London worked very well.

Bought 2 x refurbished Herman Miller Aeron chair for £400 each (size b), one only lasted a month before pan became spongy and uncomfortable (90kg person).

Chairsmith replaced for free despite only offering 14 day exchange policy.

Great experience dealing with Giles and Chairmsith, I would highly recommend their refurbished products and will continue to use them in the future.

Products are genuine and seem good quality with fast delivery. Only let down is aftersales. Mine came with a bent wheel and after several correspondence no replacement was sent and now my emails fall opoun deaf ears.

I don't often leave reviews, but dropping ~£300 on a "second hand" office chair is a nervy experience and I felt I was really putting my faith in the company.
I shouldn't have worried.
When I emailed to check the lack of delivery fee they got straight back to confirm it was correct. After a simple checkout, the chair turned up 2 days later with a text to confirm delivery time. Driver was great and took away the plastic cover.
The chair is in great condition, exactly as advertised.
Would definitely recommend.

I received my chair fairly quickly and the overall delivery process was very friendly. The chair is great, the only reason I give 4 stars is because the chair doesn't look like it's been cleaned as thoroughly as I'd expected. I had sticker marks, dust, scratches and a slightly musty smell. Having said that, I am accepting of this considering it's a used chair and the price. It would be nice if the product page could list the condition of the chairs, like 'Grade A', 'Grade B', etc.

One minor suggestion from me would be to let customers know a day prior that you intend to deliver the chair the next day, as I only found it very shortly before it arrived via text. Luckily I was at home anyway but this could be an issue for some people who don't work from home.

Edit: I was contacted by a member of staff who offered a replacement if I was not happy with it, which I definitely appreciate.

Mira quality seat pan replacement. Delivery was a bit bumpy (Parcelforce messed up) but the support from StudioModern was excellent and I received the item with a little bit of a delay, but I was in no rush. Replacement part fit perfectly, thank you!

Great service and quick delivery! My Aeron looks / feels as if new - refurbished impeccably. Giles at Studio Modern was quick to respond to e-mails / calls with any questions I had.

Initially, the parcel was not delivered due to the delivery company. After contacting the seller about this issue, the chair has been delivered in a reasonable time after that and the overall communication was great.

Ordered a refurbished Aeron in the evening and they brought it to my house the next morning. Person delivering was really nice, showed the different functions of the chair too. Chair seems in great condition, no obvious signs of use. Hoping it holds up for years to come!

The chair is in excellent condition and well worth the money paid. The friendly service and prompt delivery were also excellent. I would not hesitate to use the site again and would highly recommend.
