I’ve interacted with Corporate Spec twice and both experiences were excellent. Their service was very smooth and professional, and the staff were extremely helpful throughout the process.

The chair I purchased was particularly great — very responsive, comfortable, and clearly good quality. It’s made a noticeable difference to my workspace.

What was great: Next day shipping worked, their online support chat thing was staffed by a real human being who was knowledgable and helpful, and I got what I ordered.
Reason for 4 stars instead of 5: Before ordering I checked reviews here and saw many saying that the refurbishment was done to a "like new" standard. That's not the case with the chair I received. It's good, but certainly not "like new". There are some visible scratches, and the paint on the base could have been better (bit splotchy in places).
Overall a good experience and will order from them again in future (possibly sooner rather than later as I accidentally ordered the "classic" rather than "remastered" version of the chair).

Couldn’t be happier with this. Bought a refurbished Humanscale Freedom chair and honestly, it’s outstanding.

It arrived quickly and you’d never know it wasn’t brand new. The quality is unreal. Everything feels tight, clean and properly finished — no corners cut at all.

Being able to get a top-end chair like this at a fraction of the retail price is a no brainer. Proper value for money.

The chair itself is ridiculously comfortable and looks the part in the office. Solid, supportive and just feels premium.

Purchased a refurbished giroflex G64 office chair. Chair is in seemingly new condition. All adjustments work. Price was very reasonable and delivery swift. Great company!

I purchased a high-spec chair here 13 months ago and it worked very well up until last week. I was outside of the 12 months formal warranty period but customer service was extremely kind and happy to collect, fix, and return the chair (at no extra cost) within a few days. Very grateful for the service and will be buying more chairs from the company in future. Recommend.

Super discount on Steelcase Think, to the point where I was a bit wary of what would turn up. Needn't have worried, as the chair arrived assembled and in fantastic condition, with live tracking of the delivery. I was very impressed and would use again if looking for office furniture.

Super chair, adjustable and robust ... and at a bargain price. There is a slight stain in the middle of the backrest but amazingly you can only see it when taking a picture (I was showing it off to my son). At this price compared with new, though, you can't go wrong.

Wow, the reviews really live up to the hype, bought a Humanscale Freedom Chair in Red wine leather. The delivery was within 3 days of ordering, with a great friendly delivery person.

The chair looked absolutely brand new, unbelievable how they get all the plastics to look new and the brand new leather seat covering looks amazing, beyond impressed, this is a £1500+ chair at £599 including a fast delivery.

Fast delivery and great chair.

Ordered a chair for my mum's home office. My Dad had passed away and we were doing a refurb making it more suitable for her needs. I was a bit worried about delivery as my Mum's pretty deaf and iMobile but she was really complimentary about the delivery guy. They offered to put the chair in the room for her. The chair itself (orangebox) was like new, and matched the description/pictures. This is my third order from this company and have been pleased each time.
