Good place to shop

I like ordering goods from Studio.They are good value and are delivered very quickly.

Good prices, fast delivery. Very pleased.

Item was described wrongly as two piece swimsuit on the website, whereas in reality it was only a tankini top which was received. When I went to customer services to complain did get my money refunded so in the end I was happy with Studio’s customer service

Customer service was excellent. Sorted out my problems,none of which were their fault,quickly and to my satisfaction. No contact phone number and had to communicate via email. This is only the only downfall.

Not all my items came today when I paid the £9.99 next day delivery. Pack of 3 T-shirts are not in my delivery. Could someone from studio please get in contact with me by email. Normally it would be 4 star.

Amazing company prices and products

Really poor experience from this organisation. Purchased several items and needed to return a couple as they came up too small. They charge £4.99 per item sent back + £4.99 postage. This is on top of the £4.99 delivery you pay at purchase, so my advice to potential customers is be confident in what you are buying as the returns cost and process is not ideal. T&Cs do state the above so more fool me for not checking first but feels like a real rip off for customers as it's not easy judging sizes online. I will take my medicine but won't be purchasing from Studio or other brands under the umbrella again in the future.

Quick delivery and excellent service

Studio with the aid of Lambretta seem to think I am a relative of Victoria Meldrew in “One Foot In The Grave” The cobbler lost one of Victor’s shoes so only charged him half price. I purchased a pair of Lambretta trainers at a bargain price of £8 unfortunately they were supposed to be size 12 EU size 47. They are EU size 46 or size 11. To return them would cost me another £4.99 despite the fault being with Studuo and Lambretta. So Victor Meldrew did better than me since £9.98 postage is more than 50% of the £8 purchase price. It is about time The Consumer Rights Act stated that when the seller is clearly in the wrong they should pay for return postage and refund the full cost of the purchase including the delivery postage.

Customers are very helpful

Items are well priced,but it turns disapointing when you get hit with high delivery prices,definitely changes my mind with ordering from them,as well as another fee if you have to return items,terrible.

The item I ordered arived quickly and very well packaged, the shoes were well described which made it easier to choose a pair for myself, they are a perfect fit and very comfortable. There are a lot of bargains on the site which are well worth looking at as there is something for everyone to choose from.
