Absolutely shocking experience

Absolutely shocking experience. I placed an order since there are some good reviews here. My order arrived and one item was not the one listed on the website, plus it has the zip stitched on backwards! I contacted them on their complaints form, with images, to get a pre-paid returns code for the faulty item and they came back asking for more photos. I sent these and they said they couldn’t view them (they were JPEG). They asked for JPEG or PDF. I converted to PDF, sent these and was ignored. Chased them tonight, they are saying they can’t view either photo. Sent them to my husbands email on both phone and PC to check - he can view images on both. It almost seems like they are lying because they don’t want to pay for a return, even though they are obligated to under consumer law! Still waiting to hear back, it is like speaking with a robot. Never will I buy from this company again. AVOID.

UPDATE: Studio REFUSED to assist me and I took to Resolver to formally register a complaint. Only by doing this did I get a refund but otherwise they would not have assisted me with a free return (breaking consumer law). I strongly advise you avoid this company.

Order duplicated.

I placed an order,after placing was told that 1 item was out of stock and to re-order,I did this and my order was duplicated and I was unable to cancel and was also charged 2 delivery charges even thou they were delivered all together,now I need to return 1 package.

Avoid studio

Absolutely shocking. The packer packed the wrong size shoes and then when I queried it they said they couldn't do anything only send the shoes back and wait 14 days for an exchange.. my sons birthday was in 3 days. So I ordered another pair and paid another 9.99 next day delivery for them not to even bother turning up. Avoid avoid

Very good quality for very little outlay

Needed some reasonably priced jeans as on a weight loss journey and didn’t want to spend masses in between sizes. Very pleasantly surprised at the quality of these jeans they are as good as much more expensive jeans I’ve had previously. Really chuffed and no added Lycra so they either fit or they don’t so no cheating allowed. Honestly a really good buy, Thank you
