Items (luxury bundle) were ready for collection at the reception upon arrival. Definitely smoothed settling into the room in this lockdown situation.

I got the budget version of all three packs and I am super happy with all of them. The packages were in my room when I arrived and saved me a lot of hassle in the first few days when I was stressed from moving already. If you don't have equipment of your own or can't bring stuff with you if you're an International Student like I am, Student Essentials is definitely for you!

good experiences you can get your beddings in advance and the online responce is fast to solve the problem you may face.

Instead of having to go out and buy my bedding and kitchen items IN THE MIDST OF COVID, they had it delivered directly to my residence whilst complying with all safety measures. There's a good reason why KCL partners with them. Quality is good too.

Excellent service and products. After a long flight my daughter found all her parcels waiting for her at the accommodation. A very well thought service and there when you need them the most. Excellent!

The parcels missed some items that I ordered, but the staff was quite helpful to fix things.
I also found the prices to be not so reasonable but quite convenient for someone new to the area.

Although didn’t get my package on time, the customer service was fantastic. Definitely would recommend to anyone moving for first year into university.

I am extremely grateful for Student Essentials! My kitchen bundle was already waiting for my when I arrived. I wasn't able to locate my bedding bundle, however I sent one email and I received a prompt reply.

This is a great investment for an International student or someone who is starting Uni for the first time. After a long journey, it helps to have everything in order when you reach the accommodation. Moreover, for those who have to self-isolate, this is the best way to go about it.

I bought a comfort bundle and towel bundle.
They arrived at my place on time but the linen's size was wrong. I asked about that with the chatting program on the website and the service team managed that problem properly.
