Wat jammer dat u een vervelende ervaring hebt gehad! Wij hebben zowel uw mail als sms in het Engels beantwoord, dezelfde dag nog. Waarin we aangaven hoe u de items kon retourneren en we u zo goed mogelijk geprobeerd hebben te helpen. Wellicht is de mail in uw spam beland.
