patrial order with no eta on the rest

Was shipped partial order within a week which was the estimated time but the other part of the order was out of stock and i was not notified until the first part of the shipment showed up. Asked them to expedite the shipping for the inconvenience because its now holding my project up but was told there was nothing that could be done. Now going on 2 weeks since i received the first part of the order.

curtain arrived with greasy film

Purchase a 16 ft bt 10 ft patio curtain and hardware. Problem is the clear plastic came coated with something oily, making it foggy. The company told me to use vinegar or degreaser. Nothing takes it off, not to mention the huge amount of work involved trying. They keep saying they will check with the factory, So I have a curtain hanging thst I can't see through.

Poor Customer Service Communication

I placed my order in 10/31/23 expecting them to ship in a few days. Shipping labels were created then canceled but no one communicated why with me so I called customer service and they said it would ship by the 11/15. I requested a faster ship method since the order was so delayed and was told someone would contact me to pay the difference and no one did. It is now 11/16 and I called customer service again today and no shipping Information is available and there is no mention of me asking for another ship method. Waiting for a call back again today to find out where my order is. My credit card has been charged since 11/1/23.

Update: After the final conversation with customer service my products shipped the following day and arrived rather quickly via UPS. I changed the star from 1 to 4 because the product quality is excellent.
Just wish they would communicate better with their customers when there are delays in production/shipping

purchased strip curtains in June of…

purchased strip curtains in June of 2023 they showed up fast went up easy I ordered then 1 inch longer than the opening in a month over 1/2 of the Curtain pieces had shrunk the most was 2 inches over the door jam . I called the office because the web site says 100% warranty. I got an email back saying a new order was being processed , nothing happened nothing sent , September I called again same thing . October once again nothing the worst customer service I have ever seen from a company. its not like its lots of money its the principle of the whole thing. if your product is crap and your web site says 100% customer satisfaction you should replace or refund a persons money

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I placed multiple online orders for bulk rolls of vinyl that were "in stock and ready to ship" that actually were not in stock and every time I called customer service I got the same response " we will notify you when it ships". I waited weeks calling almost every day. Finally had to cancel the orders. Now its going on 6 weeks and they still have not refunded the card I used to purchase. Their response is its "under review by upper management".

DID NOT REFUND

TERRIBLE: I placed an order for product that was available on the website, received an email that product was not available and they tried to UPSELL for more expensive product. Order was cancelled. Was promised a refund but of course I WAS NEVER REFUNDED. I will never deal with this company again. STAY AWAY. The last email from Sept 20 stated "I have sent a reminder in regards to refund to "management". Heads up - Emails relating to my order came from both Strip-Curtain and Envirobarrier so they appear to be the same company.

I ordered a door online and paid for it…

I ordered a door online and paid for it via credit card. Two days later they came back and wanted an additional $185 (a 50% price increase). They said the price went up. I cancelled the order and they agreed to refund my order.
They never refunded my credit card. I made multiple attempts thru customer service and just kept being told my refund was "under review". After 4 weeks I reported it as a fraudulent charge to my credit card company.

Hell NO!. Stay away, this is a dropshipping company

This company is a mere dropshipping company, they just basically charge you their margin for a way too bad customer service. The worst I've seen in my life.

I had to contact way too many times Customer Service to send me tracking numbers for the strip curtains. They reply late, and not caring at all about your problem.

It took 3 weeks for a one-of-two-boxes to get delivered. I told them I paid for ground shipping and as it hasn't been delivered on time I need them to send it express shipping. They were responsible I didn't get it on time. Their response: "you paid for ground, if you want it to be sent express, that'll be charged extra".

Not a tiny little pinch of customer service care. It took a week to ship the product when purchased. They delivered half of the product way too late, and instead of trying to improve customer's experience and make things right, they try to charge you an extra. This company needs to be out of business the way they treat their customers.

Overall: buy these on Walmart. It'll be cheaper and much more likely they come from a US company. Stay away!.

Our lead times are always best estimates ( not guarantees ) and we don't offer free shipping upgrades when production or manufacturing goes beyond estimated lead times. Terrible Customer service

Terrible Customer service. I have over 10 emails from them stating credit is being processed. Don’t email Chris,,,, it is a black hole. Run as fast as you can.

Horrible customer service, company is a JOKE

Horrible customer service, no communication! Sent several inquiries regarding order and no response. Finally was able to reach someone to cancel the order and they said the order was canceled. Called every day for 2 weeks to see where the refund was. Still confirmed order was canceled but waiting on refund to be approved. After 2 weeks I received an email that my order is going to be delivered after they confirmed it was canceled!!!

Delays

Placed an order only to find out that the delivery would be delayed as the components were not available. Would have been nice to have been told prior to placing the order that the material wouldn't be shipped for 3-4 weeks

I placed the order they gave me a delivery date, but didn’t tell me that everything wasn’t gonna come in so now I’m still waiting two weeks later for stuff to come in.

Have curtains, can’t hang them.

Why send the curtains if you don’t send the hardware to hang them? Ordered twice and both times same thing. Extra 2-3 weeks for hardware even though order shows shipping label printed.

Ordering and delivery of product was…

Ordering and delivery of product was seamless. Only issue I have is with customer service. Reached out over 1 week ago because product length was short and needed some additional hardware and have yet to hear back. Peter who took my order was great. He even copied my emails I sent to him to customer service. No response!

Took $ 20,000 of our money

Took $ 20,000 of our money. Demanded payment in full up front then have been avoiding our calls and emails since. Been ordered over 90 days. Gave us a ship date of June 20th, now its July 19th and no word. I've even written to the President of the organization Chris with Zero response. At this point we are filing a cc dispute.
