Their service is great and reliable

Four years ago, I purchased their strip-curtain hardware along with a set of curtains through Amazon with no problems. 2 years later, I reordered a new set of curtains directly from their website -- again with no problem. This time, however, they shipped my order to the wrong address and when, after a full week, we seemed no closer to a resolution, I requested that they cancel the order and refund my money (having found an alternative source for the same product at a lower price). When, after 10 days, they still had not agreed to refund my money, I disputed the charge with my credit card company and received a credit for that amount on my account.

Quote was quick and accurate. Shipping was super fast. Good product!

I liked that I was able to have constant updates on where the product is and when it was expected to be delivered.

The website was easy to navigate and the step by step order process was well made. All available options were clearly listed on the site unlike other manufacturers I've tried recently.

I did not get my product as one delivery, was not told this would be possible. And when I called about it was told I could of paid another additional fee to get the parts that are sold as one. Together. I paid the overnight fee to assume I could of got my project done for the customer on the time frame I promised. Instead had to delay there opening because I didn't get something I paid for on time. And I am still waiting g for a response from somebody. Very sad because the product is good; but sales team are not informed. I would like to use them again, but it will depend on their solution to make it right. I lost money on my job because of the delay.

I rarely post reviews, acknowledging that mistakes can happen in any business. However, my experience with this vendor has been disappointing. There was an extremely long wait, and my credit card was charged three times by mistake. I am still awaiting a refund. The willingness of this business to resolve issues has been unsatisfactory. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend purchasing from them

Awful experience with this company. I did all the research before making the purchase. Maybe it keeps the cold out if you live in the south but NOT in VT!! It says it's good to -14 degrees F. It got into the 30s and our barn was freezing. When I contacted the company, I was told they had never had that problem before. I was told it wasn't returnable because it was custom (even though I had to cut the metal for it to fit). I asked about any money back and was told no. They suggested buying the 16" vs 12". I told them there was no way I was spending another $250 to be told I'd not be able to return the next set when it didnt work and be out $500 vs $250. I would never recommend this company! I never write reviews but thus was the worst customer service I've ever experienced!
