Great service great communication- sold my car pretty quickly - would use again

Moving from South Africa to the UK was an experience alone and then trying to purchase a second-hand car being a single women can be a challenge.

I had looked at a couple of cars and boy-oh-boy what you saw in the picture and what you saw in reality, was like chalk and cheese. I then went onto one of the South African FB pages and had seen “7 days only” highly recommended.

From the first telephonic conversation with Gareth of, 7 days only, I felt comfortable. It was also so good to relate to another South African who understands what you are going through.

I explained my situation to Gareth, who was so professional, yet friendly and genuine. Gareth spent time explaining to me the various taxes, MOTs, insurance, etc., which was a bonus as many of the cars I viewed, the sales people just wanted to “make the sale”.

I was kept updated by Gareth on the progress of the various cars and why he would not advise me on buying them. He reassured me there would be one for me, but it may take a bit longer. I specifically wanted an automatic…..especially with all the roundabouts here in the UK! 

Gareth found me the perfect car and organised everything with another dealer for me, which is not common. My little Mini and I are now on the roads, and I love it.

If you want excellent service, professionalism, someone knowledgeable, thorough, and friendly, Gareth is your person. The amount of kindness he also showed was incredible.

Gareth sold my BMW M140I for me, whilst the process took slightly longer than expected, I was happy to receive well over £1000 more than I would of from car-buying websites.
