I really enjoy Streamfab. It lets me use my Plex server as a DVR by downloadning and uploading to my server.
Good customer service.
I would give it 5 stars except the app completely consumes all network resources while downloading essentially locking mobile WiFi access until the download is complete.

Ive been using this product for months and it has allowed me to obtain several movies for my collection, sometimes it is difficult when it has to be updated it takes forever but once it is done it works like a charm for weeks until the next update.

Refund denied despite valid request within 14-day policy
I purchased a Streamfab Lifetime License on February 16, 2026.
The product did not work as advertised, so I submitted a refund request on February 24, 2026 at 08:58:51 — clearly within their stated 14-day refund policy.
Instead of processing the refund, support kept me engaged in troubleshooting steps, attempting to “fix the issue” rather than honoring the request. This back-and-forth continued until the refund window had passed.
After that, they claimed that my order had “exceeded the refund date” and refused the refund, offering instead to switch me to another product I do not want. Obviously the problem has not been solved.
So to summarize:
• Paid for a feature that doesn’t work
• Requested a refund within the allowed timeframe
• Support focused on inconclusive troubleshooting instead of processing the refund
• Refund denied after the deadline had passed
This behavior effectively prevented me from receiving a refund I was entitled to under their own policy.
I would strongly advise others to be cautious before purchasing.

We page ad is misleading (at best). They claim Streamfab Hulu will remove commercials but it does not do that most of the time. Do not buy this, they will not refund if you are not satisfied with their program. They advertise being available 24/7, but it usually takes at least 48 hours for a response that will most likely not be a solution.
