StreamFab works ok but NOT 4K

StreamFab works ok, most of the time. it does not download above 1080p and very often it is 720p or even 480p. Amazon Prime even with a super large DPI size monitor and Gcard will only allow 1080p. Streamfab advertises it will let you download your purchased movies in 4K, which is an absolute lie. They should just be honest and stop lying, because in the end their software is pretty good.

I'm a very long term user going back to…

I'm a very long term user going back to almost day 1, have never had a problem with the program and every year it adds so much more. I have terrible internet (NBN blackspot) and use just a hotspot, so to be able to download and then watch later is brilliant.

Subject: Refund Request for StreamFab NHK Module (Mac Version)

The StreamFab customer support staff do not understand what I am saying at all.

1) NHK ONE
• I cannot download all episodes of a series at once. I can only download them one by one. This was my original reason for requesting a refund.
• Before version 7006, after downloading one episode, it redirected me back to the NHK ONE main page.
After version 7006, it redirects me to the series/episode-related page instead.
• However, even in 7006, I still cannot download the full series/related episodes in one batch.
StreamFab Netflix supports batch downloading, but NHK ONE does not.

2) NHK On Demand
• Only the video downloads. Subtitles do not download at all. This was also part of my original refund request.
• This is especially unacceptable because the StreamFab NHK module description clearly states that subtitle downloading is supported.
• Also, when accessing NHK On Demand, a popup appears saying it is not working properly / not functioning normally. Version 7006 is the same.

This has nothing to do with the log file you mentioned.
I am requesting a refund properly and fairly, according to your own policies.

Most of the features advertised on your website are not actually implemented or not working correctly. So how can you refuse my refund request?

Please forward this message to another staff member who can actually understand the issue. Someone else will understand what I mean.

I want a refund for the NHK module.

Also, it is completely unreasonable that I purchased the Mac version, but you sent me a Windows installer, and then claimed the issue was “fixed” when it clearly was not.

Paramount Plus Subtitles Will Not Download

Had problem with Paramount Plus subtitles since August 29, 2025. Submitted ticket and nothing has been done. All I get is canned responses. When it does work, it works great. It just doesn't work right now.
Jan 16 update. Another 2 program updates with no resolution to this issue as yet. When I ask questions, I never get answers.
February 8, 2026 update: Finally, after nearly 6 months and I don't know how many updates, the issue seems to be resolved. So, for nearly 6 months, something I paid for did not function properly and, there is no compensation, no apology, nothing.
February 10, 2026 update: I changed the stars from 2 to 4. The amount of time (nearly 6 months) to fix the issue seemed extreme to me (especially since new products were introduced during that time). I would like to give it a 5, but I just can't.

I had to install to one of my different…

I had to install to one of my different computers as the other one simply would not let Amazon prime work. So at least I can download to this computer. I was going to drop the annual payment if this did not work.
