so basicly im a youtuber and i had to send a video to my friend but we usualy talk in discord but discords mb limit is 20 so we couldnt use that so then i used other apps but those took SO long to register then i found streamable it was fast, safe and i didnt even need to register so DEFINITLY a 5 star

I had several videos up for a good long while before uploading an animation test video that used audio from a tv show. Then suddenly, out of the blue, it along with all of my other videos are deleted and my account suspended. If you're thinking about using streamable for sharing clips/memes or making any form of content (especially anything sports related) you simply can't with this platform. They are all too trigger happy to delete all of your videos that you post on their service that have been in good standing for over a year with out any transparency and will cite vague 'community guidelines' as the response before moving on. You are better off using any other platform, like dropbox. Don't give them a cent.

It only takes 2-3 reports from reports trolls and all your videos are deleted.

They recently deleted my account without warning. They said I violated terms but wouldn’t tel me which one. I used it as a storage space for clips that I edited together and uploaded to a streaming software. Months of material gone! The email said I could download but there was no option and customer service said everything was deleted for a mysterious violation. Come to find out they raised prices and my account was on an old pricing plan. I assume that’s the real reason they terminated my account.

Forget the 7-day trial was expiring and was billed 120 dollars for the coming year.
Customer service answered my inquiry for a refund within a day and refunded the entire amount.

the only reason I didn't give 5 stars is, the last time I used you guys for music and such I got banned idk why like you didn't even email me ahead of time, it'd be nice to get an email ahead of time so I know not to do it.
