I got conned into signing up

I got conned into signing up with these people. The product never arrived so I had to contact my bank and get a refund and change my card details.
They have now emailed me to offer a refund if I write a 4 or 5 star review. I wouldn't be writing this if you had left me alone.
Note that a lot of the reviewers on here have only written one review, which is what fake reviews appear as.

I was initially worried about subscribing, but my fears were unfounded. The team was incredibly helpful and walked me through every step. When a small issue arose, they addressed it immediately and even followed up to make sure I was satisfied.
