Customer service

Quick and helpful service from Minisforum when I had an issue with my V3 tablet. Helen from customer support was responsive and arranged a replacement. Good after-sales support.

Replacement Unit

Received a V3 that was out of spec (16GB of RAM rather than the 32GB advertised). Contacted support, and Hesper assisted me. Hesper was very helpful and issued an RMA and return label. I shipped it back, and Minisforum promptly shipped a replacement that was perfect. The whole RMA process from first contact to receiving the replacement took about two weeks.

Great Service

I was looking for a replacement for my home server and debated between buying from Minisforum directly or using Amazon. My biggest concerns were delivery delays and customer support. After bouncing between two different models, I actually ended up ordering both but then needed to cancel and return one before it even shipped. While I was worried about the support at the very beginning, the response from the team was surprisingly prompt and the service was truly exceptional. It was also great to learn that their standard delivery takes just 3 to 5 days. My issue was resolved quickly and easily, which gives me great confidence in their customer service for the future if I ever need help again. I highly appreciate Hesper's amazing service, and I love Minisforum's products. Go Minisforum!

Amazing Support

Amazing support! Purchased 3 MS-A2's for a homelab kubernetes cluster and lost my U.2 adapters. Contacted support and within a day I have new ones shipping out to me. Amazing help and a great set of hardware to pair.

Customer service was good (once I found it)…

The mini PC operated fine for a year before having a power issue. Although I found it a bit confusing it navigate their support site(s), once I did I was able to get a replacement mini PC within a reasonable amount of time. The whole process from breakdown to resolution took about two weeks and most of that delay was due to shipping times. Customer service was friendly, responsive and helpful. I am certainly satisfied with the level of service that I received.

Nice Responsive Service

I ordered the MS-02 Ultra and I clumsily entered an invalid address. I informed minisforum by email and they stayed in touch regularly until the PC arrived and its all working great :)

Great service!

Bought the Minisforum MS-01 when it was released, has been a great homelab server. A couple of weeks ago I ran into some problems with the fan for the SSDs, reached out to support who helped me very quickly and sorted the problem out. Overall great experience!

Great support

After three years, my device had a broken CPU fan. After confirming the issue, support quickly arranged for a replacement, with me only having to pay the shipping costs despite being out of warranty.

Overall very postive experience

I purchased a mini PC (elite mini AI 370) and exactly a year later the device turned on but the screen remained black. I tried steps from the page FAQ/self help but these did not work, so I contacted support. It was a bit strange that I filled out the form completely with order number, model serial number etc. but the first response from support made me fill out this information again (maybe this workflow step could be enhanced in the future). After all, my device had to be sent to inspection and it could not be repaired. But I was offered a replacement with 100% discount of my original device value.
Overall the communication was great, timely, transparent and easy to understand. All my questions were answered and I felt very valued as a customer. The soltion that was presnted to me as a eplacement pleases me and I am happy that I can continue to use the mini pc series. Everything happened within the time frame that I was informed about in the beginning (~2 weeks). Now I am just waiting for my new device and I am looking forward to it.

Fast replacement

I had some problems with the first package, but I received a fast response from the support center. Within one week, they managed to collect the original package and send me a brand new replacement.

Everything is working fine, and the equipment is amazing. I strongly recommend.
