Arrangements were made with your Greensborough office in person, for access on Sunday 22nd Dec 24, when I arrived on the Sunday morning with the Removal Company with two men, we found the Unit we hired was locked, I contacted your after hours person who advised he was two hours away and to break the lock. The lock was eventually smashed for access, I had to pay one hour extra to the removal company. NOT HAPPY
