Size much smaller than advertised!
Size much smaller than advertised and more expensive than others. By the time we figured it was smaller than advertised, it was too late as we had already started moving. Yes, they do say size is approximate, but that doesn't make it right. Let alone more expensive than others, i.e. Kennards or Hills Storage.

I received a prompt response to my online storage quote inquiry. I was contacted by Karina within 24 hours. When I went to the castle hill branch, Karina was extremely helpful in every way possible including helping me organise movers. She made the process as easy as possible for me, nothing was too much trouble. Adi was also just as helpful in Karina’s absence. I would recommend the castle hill team to anyone that needs a storage solution in the future, as a great customer experience is virtually non-existent these days.
