My experience with storage.com
Ryan was very friendly and helpful and help me with my need. I was very pleased with his interaction with me. He made the reservation for me and called me on Sunday to share the information with me. I also received a call from the facility and Khan give me all the information needed to finish the rental process. Thanks, keep up the good work.

Excellent Customer Service
I spoke with a representative that directed me to 1118 Airport way for a 5x10 sized unit. He was very informative and contacted the facility to make sure he could solidify a reservation within my preferred price range.

Very good customer service and willngness to go beyond the norm.
I was very pleased with the phone service I received from Joe with the Storage Company. I just happened to ask a question that he did know the answer, he asked another employee and gave me the details I requested. That is what customer service is all about - the customer. He also ensured that he summarized at the end of the conversation all the details that he had communicated to me during our conversation. I would recommend to all my friends in a heart beat.
