I’ve made several purchases from StoneX Bullion and each time the experience has been outstanding. The website is clear and easy to navigate, prices are competitive, and the entire process — from ordering to delivery — is smooth and transparent.

Everything correct and with a linear communication

I ordered gold on 1-18-26 and StoneX received my bank transfer the next day. I live in Portugal and their website states they ship to Portugal and it accepted my address. What their website didn't say is that they will not ship to the Azores.

Seven days after placing my order, StoneX sent me an email that my order had shipped. I subsequently received an email from UPS with a tracking number.

Four days later, on Jan. 30th, StoneX sent me an email that my order had been cancelled. That was 12 days that they held onto my money while the cost of gold went up.

I subsequently ordered the same items from their competitor, Celticgold.eu, and I received my shipment, without issue, within 3 business days.

While I find StoneX' handling of this matter very unprofessional, Celticgold, on the otherhand, was very professional, easy, very quick and even better pricing. Celticgold is now my "go to" for buying gold.

As a retired seller on Amazon for over 10 years, i find StoneX' customer service to be unacceptable and they should be ashamed. If a company does not want to ship to the islands or only wants to ship to the mainland then it's their responsibility to state so on their website. It's not rocket science. Otherwise it's false advertising and I would not have wasted my time.

UPDATE: 2-19-26. StoneX called me on 2-18-26 to so call "make it right" although they stated they still could not send me anything. Let's be clear, they CAN send me shipments - THEY JUST DON'T WANT TO. I got the distinct impression they were trying to get me to change my review. I subsequently disconnected the call as I was disgusted.

Nice customer service, nice coins :) BUT UPS is the worst delivery here in Sweden and lied about trying to deliver even though we were at home and have camera survellience... so maybe I will order somewhere else where the UPS is not the delivery company the next time.

Fast service, reliable and very professional. Shipments fully tracked by UPS on every step of the way! Welldone. No hidden costs and everything was transparent

The only issue was with the delivery. Without any notification, the courier reported on two consecutive days that there was no one available to receive the parcel. This is clearly not true, as it was an expensive product and I was very much expecting the delivery. However, the courier never contacted me.
After coordinating with customer support, I personally went to the logistics center on the third day to collect the parcel.

I've made two orders from them. Everything arrived in a timely fashion and I have no issues whatsoever regarding the quality of the product or the delivery. Top notch, would recommend for purchasing bullion.

Fantastic company.

Been buying for several years now, in total a handfull of times, and as ususl it works fine and everything received as described, but the UPS delivery can be a bit problematic with a slow or random delivery issues without any good communication on behalf of UPS, so keep in contact with UPS during the whole delivery process via customer support/phone is a good routine!
Am a Swedish resident inside of EU, so never have any other problems with tax or fees, etc!
