Recently had herringbone flooring fitted by the guys at Stoneage. Flawless job, really happy with the whole service from start to finish. Would highly reccommend them and I will be using them again going forward.

Avoid this company at all costs!!!!!! Dishonest, unreliable, financially irresponsible.

I was appointed to install the windows at one of their projects and the house proprietor was fully satisfied with the completed job (I have written evidence confirming the same). However, to date Stoneage Properties has failed to pay me for my services and ghosted me since the job was completed over 2 years ago, trying to avoid payment for my services.

Took them to small claims court and won the claim. However, to date they have failed to pay the same, so will be proceeding with further legal action.

AVOID AVOID AVOID these Cowboys.

Stoneage Properties flag up bad reviews on TP pretending that the reviews are not genuine and if the reviewer does not provide further information to TP, the review gets removed. Very convenient.
I wish they were as quick with paying their contractors.

Got a warrant issued against them which they attempted to suspend and offered to pay £150 per month in instalments (which is an absurd amount for a company and demonstrates their complete disrespect towards the people they have worked with).

We employed Solihull General Contractors "Stoneage Properties" to remodel our Kitchen. They designed, supplied and installed designer Kitchen and pleased with the outcome.

Happy to recommend Stoneage Properties for anyone considering a project as we liked the Kitchen ranges they offered, especially they came better price than high street companies.

The company director has stole my money, he left my building in shambles and I am now in the process of waiting to hear from the courts to get this matter resolved. The company have been expelled by the FMB, please do your own checks before employing this company. The company have now been found responsible for failure to works correctly and have a CCJ in place.

Stone Age properties replaced a boiler and upgraded the heating system. The work was completed at short notice and at an affordable price. Would definitely use again.
