The experience was great. It’s just the time it took me to get the shoe was too long. I didn’t get it until a month later and I also don’t like how throughout the process I can never check the status every time I click the link to check the status. It tells me there’s nothing to check so I didn’t know whether shoe was coming or not the whole time.

Your customer service procedures when they had occurred is super one sided for your own self preservation. If any customer of mine who has been loyal with no issues and now their merchandise isn’t at the deformed location. I’m not going to say oh your loss we’re not going to rectify the issue with re-shipping the product. You’re gonna lose a lot of business this way.

The process took more time than expected, because the original package was rejected and StockX had to look for another one from another vendor, but again that was good because they made sure I had a good product.

StockX uses UPS
StockX uses UPS, my Bricks where delivered to wrong address and I didn’t get the shoes. I had video footage, and photos to prove that they were delivered to the wrong address. Both parties told me to talk to each other and refuses to give me another pair of shoes or a refund. NEVER SHOP HERE, and I will never shop here again!
