Easy to order . .i was a bit apprehensive at first wondering what condition would be like but my Xbox elite controller arrived brand new and perfect with instructions and cable . Basically the original box wasn’t included which you throw away upon opening . Really pleased with product and precise . Would not hesitate to use this company again in the future !

FIRE HAZARD
Bought an Apple Watch came with scratches , this is my fault for not understanding the grading . However as soon as it was plugged in the battery felt hot and only held charge for two hours !!! Fire hazard , they knew this !!! Apple Watches can explode if battery dodgy . Avoid this company . Finding out how to return is a ballache too , check this company on google too . Avoid avoid avoid

Dell Laptop
After 2 disappointing orders from another competitive seller , I didn't expect much. But the item came within 24 hrs, very well packaged and it looks brand new and after a few days I had no issues. I'm still monitoring the battery though, as it looks like it's learning my pattern of using the device and goes quite quickly (3 hrs max) however I hope once it settles will be ok as it has only 60 full cycles.

Fantastic service
Fantastic service. The keyboard I ordered was in excellent condition as described, but unfortunately it was in US layout rather than UK.
As a result I decided to return it. The only other slight disappointment was the keyboard didn't have original packaging, but the supplied box etc was very good.
The returns process was very easy, the person I spoke to was very helpful, efficient and polite. I was delighted to hear I'd get a free return label, and could arrange collection.
This is the difference between good service and excellent service. So many other places make you pay for returns.
Although I didn't end up with a lasting purchase, this experience has impressed me and I will check SMG first for any future tech needs.

Good choice of products and very quick delivery.
A fair price, quick delivery, reasonably well packed but could have done with a little more padding inside the box as we find couriers tend to lob packages around.
The HDD drive was externally a bit tatty, but works fine, so given that it comes with a 12 month warranty good value for a 2Tb Seagate Sata HDD.

Great Laptop monitor
Came well packaged. Tracking and updates for transaction was good.
Item as described, I thought the item was under graded. Had one scratch on stem which couldn't be seen. Monitor itself was immaculate. Worked, bargain compared to new.
