WARNING - read the small print
I bought an HP laptop on and immediately upgraded it to Windows 11 but I found it was too slow for my needs so I put it back in the original packaging and due to a family bereavement I didn't ask to return it immediately at the time, not realising that there was a 30 day time limit for returns.
In a call to the company just now to ask to part exchange it to upgrade to a high spec model I was told basically no, tough luck, they won't exchange it.
I have spent a lot of money with this company in the past, mobile phones, DAB radios, all sorts, but this is the last time I buy anything from them.

Ordered a Dell Latitude 5440 i7 7-1365U 16GB RAM 512GB 14"
Very good price - cheaper than most similar vendors. Fantastic delivery; arrived next day via DPD exactly during the hour window communicated. Well packaged (thick bubble wrapped sleeve) and condition was exactly as described - "pristine". Indistinguishable from a brand new laptop. Arrived fully charged and completely clean - setting up Windows is pretty painless these days.
Overall, very impressed and would use again and totally recommend this company.
